Welcome to the IHoP
Trying out Drop Box again on my computer. I have my computer booting 2 different systems. I can get between those relatively easy, but of course is much much easier to pull windows files from Ubuntu than to pull Ubuntu files to windows. I have an "office" with a computer at school, access random computers all the time around campus, and will soon have another "office" on the other side of campus... If anyone is interested in opening a dropbox hit me up as you and I get extra storage for referrals.

So I'm considering getting a Netbook because my STAT class is soooo damn boring that I need something to entertain me. My laptop is a bit heavy and would barely last for the class time (if that). I figure I could do my homework for that class while I'm in there. Any experience with netbooks? My ex had one that I might see if she uses. I know it had ubuntu on it with a SS HD, but that's all I remember...

I did also buy some balsamic vinaigrette, but obviously making my own is much more legit.

Balsamic Vinegar It's delicious and complex in flavor. The Real stuff can be extremely expensive but you can find it for a reasonable price. Err, almost, you can find YOUNG stuff for a reasonable price. The really old stuff is amazing though, I've had some that is $250 for 100ml and it is like crack. I never mix it ahead of time, but make a dressing right before I eat. Make an emulsion with the vinegar, olive oil and I personally like to add some pulverized garlic. Here's a little hint, if you've never made an emulsion a bit of brown mustard will REALLY help it stay together How bout that college budget shiz? lol any recommendations on parts of vinegar to olive oil?

Awesome job. How complete is the CCF coverage under the MLV in the hatch area? Going from Don's previous post, is the ideal situation for a door Inner Door Skin / CCF / MLV / CCF / Door Panel? And is the CCF only used in "problematic" areas? (i.e: where the panel touches the inner door skin. Is any CCF/MLV needed on the outer door skin? -Kader

Just made some nom nom nom delicious steak. Bought 2 huuuuge sirlions at the store for ~$8 and cut each into 3 pieces (approximately 9 oz. per steak). Salt, pepper, and some other random seasonings, sat in the fridge for 2 days. Took em out, let them come down to room temp. Heated up a cast iron pot (because we don't have a skillet ) Put in some butter (insta smoke) and some spray olive oil (all we have atm) 3 min on one side 2 min on the other then put it directly into the over (at 425) for 4 min. Pulled them out and pulled them off. Took what was left in the pan added a little basalmic vinegar and red wine vinegar, some OJ (I was grabbing random stuff) and a tsp of minced garlic. Let it reduce and poured it over the steaks. Result - Awesome, Medium rare finish (would prefer a bit rarer but oh well) very tender (cut with serrated butter knife), great flavor. Usually I pick around the fat, but it was all so good I just gobbled it all.

Soooo, if you had 2 ~9 oz. Sirloins in your fridge how would you cook them if you didn't want to just grill them? Obviously there are a lot of ways I'm just curious to get some random recipe from someone and try it out

no idea Is your road bike the "right" length on the top tube? Where on the bars do you normally feel your hands are more comfortable? Need to know what frame size your 1.5 is as well. 1.2 I'm not that rich Its a 56cm. My hands generally rest about where the grip tape starts. I can still shift up/down and brake comfortably. I really wish I could find a good MTB in my area. All the descent deals are 2-3 hours away

80 psi?! that alot of presure! I only put 30 psi in mine, but then again it's not a road bike. I run 120 in my front and 130 in my rear tires on my bike. My mountain bike gets 65. I HATE pinch flats. I'm run 110 Front/Rear on my rode bike and 80 F/R on the "commuter" (the max they recommend)

What did you get? I'm riding a specialized expedition currently. It was given to me free a while back. I don't know how long I'll be riding it though, it shifts like shit and really pisses me off sometimes. Especially when you stand up to pedal and it slips into a new gear your foot slips off the pedal and hit the ground and the pedal hits your calf. Going to the rec later and I'll definitely be riding my road bike.

But on the good side, I did get it installed and pumped the air in my "commuter" bike tires up to 80 PSI. It rolls a lot better now. Excited to commute to school on a bike now.. Hopefully that will help with losing more weight!
