Seeing if I can get some quick answers before I go back outside. On the Stock Chevy there is a separate set of wires for the tweet, but i guess with installing my passive crossovers I'm just stuck with using only the midbass wire. correct me if I'm wrong 2nd thing, if I find the HU isn't putting power to the right midbass can I just use the power to the tweeter? I didn't know if it is provided less power, but thinking about it I guess it should get less power

Is that little capacitor the filter on the tweets?

Welcome to the IHoP
I'll have a ton of nutrition/training info for you later on. Awesome! I will be looking forward to it. I went outside to start my baffles and realized that I'm going to have to mount a crossover too. DUH!!! lol Got to work on my friends car before I start on mine though. Still haven't fixed the dimmer problem

Thats really cool that you have the know-how to fix amps and such. How much are you selling these amps for after you fix them?

New Workout, New Diet
Alright, starting Tuesday I will be starting a 3 month workout program at school. With that I want to achieve maximum results by putting myself on a good diet. I guess I should start by stating my goals. I am 6'2" tall weighing in currently at 215 lbs. I'm really looking to get down to an ideal weight of 190-195 lbs. I don't plan to lose all that weight in 3 months. If it takes longer that is fine as I am hoping to continue with my own workout program come this summer, it is just a total goal in site. Most my spare weight comes in my belly (80%). In this 3 month period I'm also looking to gain some muscle mostly in my upper body region. I have a broad shoulder build and need some muscle to fill it up. I'm really trying to keep things balanced and healthy but of course my big catch is I only have a microwave to cook from. I do, however, have a friend with a house so if I need to cook something in bulk then bag it up and re-heat it with the microwave later I could do that as well. I'm also looking into supplementing myself with something. I have never used a supplement or anything but have seen friends use it with good results. I wanted to see if anyone would recommend using something for someone who is looking to shed pounds and build muscle. My schedule this semester is actually very lunch friendly I have a total of around 2.5 hours to prepare and eat lunch on Mon/Wed and about 1.5 hours on Tues/Thur. Fridays I work so subway sandwiches will be lunch those days and probably Saturdays too. Sorry for the long post, I know people like to have all the information possible before making suggestions. If you guys could recommend which foods would be best, tips for keeping it up and shed a little light on the supplement info, it would all be very much appreciated. I know very little of nutrition and would like to do my body a favor by learning some ins and outs.

2-Way or 3-Way?
I'm pretty sure I'll be running the H701, didn't really take me long to decide 3-way but it will take me a while to save the money for the whole system, I'm looking at about 600 dollars just for deadening....

Welcome to the IHoP
I'm going to put the DLS R6A's in my new truck this weekend. The stock tweets are so horrible and the lack of a right midbass speaker is killing me. The DLS aren't going to be amped, nor will the doors be deadened but its the best I can do for now...

whats the legal age there? In some places in Lousiana you can hand them your underage card and they will still sell your the beer because all they need is them looking at your ID on camera Ninja edit: Got rid of some quotes

Or drink at the house. Are they strict about underage drinking up there. I know around here as long as your not making an ass of yourself or waving your drink in the air they don't care and in Louisiana they don't really give a damn. A lot of places actually scan your id, depends on how you look and what the group looks like that you are with. Us old folk don't really get carded. well I look about a big 16 year old I'm assuming... I still get carded for lottery tickets and they WANT to sell you those

Quite the opposite here. After the ridiculous load last semester, I feel like I have an excess of free time now. This semester I'm adding 5-8 More hours of work per week, around 9 hours of workout time, and 3 more hours of classes, not mention spring banquet for Ducks Unlimited is coming up, I'm VP and the president is handing more duties to me this year because I'll be taking over soon..... and I thought I was busy last semester..

Did you sell it to him with a warranty? and even if you did it was an improper install. His fault most definitely. Keep your money and if he wants to he can send it back to you for repair for some more cash

I wouldn't even have thought to blame you for the problems Neon. I would have probably sent you an e-mail saying "hey thanks for the product, did you know UPS charged ME $27 to get it into MY country? crazy border system eh?"
