Im a huge sneakerhead.I have only been collecting for about a year but i have over 50 pairs of shoes that I haven't even worn.I started selling most of them due to the wife complaining about closet space LoL.Yeah my pile in the extra room is getting bigger now and think i have 2 3500 amps coming soon and a 200.4 that should be here next week.

Well got the other sub today.The box looks like it took a trip through hell but the sub shows no signs due to the nice padding inside to protect it.Here's the pictures.

It wont be hard driving it here as long as I stay out of the town centers because its no where to park or turn around in them. Also i had a 1996 Impala SS that I just recently sold and thats what I have been using for this build. I had to pay out of pocket to ship my truck because the military only pays for one and my impala was my one.You don't even want to know how much it cost to ship a truck over here.Shipping to military APO can be cheaper sometimes.Most companies charge ridiculous prices for shipping to military which makes no sense to me but I shop around and try to figure the best way to get what I want for cheaper shipping.It was $90 for both of my 3500's shipped and the 200.4 I used shipitapo to get it here because shipping was free in the US but they wanted to charge me $75 to ship to APO.So now it will only be about $40 for shipitapo to get it to me.You are correct TRP I am Air Force Stationed in Aviano.This build will be my winter project and hopefully by the time it gets done P Stone will have shipped out that 79 Box he building for my friend.Going to be a good summer in Italy next year

Yeah i was planning on doing a build log once my truck arrives here to Italy.I'm still waiting on the other one which should be here tomorrow or later this week and the Sundown 3500's and the 200.4.Right now I'm just trying to get my electrical system stuff together.I should be ordering the alternators in the next two weeks or so and then after that the batteries.I have enough stuff to install that I should be pretty busy until i get everything.If you want to see exactly what i have so far and my plans check out my video I made of the Equipment. Well all I have to say is HOLY SHIT!!! So My subs shipped on the 14th from Vegas and one of them arrived today. That's about 5 or 6 business days depending on if you count Saturday. I was really surprised that it only weigh 50lbs. I thought they weigh alot more than that.Well it will be awhile before they see any power.So for now they are all for show until project Co-Co begins LoL. Thanks Nick for everything.

Yeah I wasn't sure Nick and didn't want to bother you about it.As long as they have it it will get here evnetually.Usually its about 2 weeks but since its a heavier item I will give it an extra week.Again thanks for the walkthrough on this purchase.

What exactly does that mean? Does it mean that the item has shipped or does it just mean that a tracking number has been assigned?

Well got a nemail today from DB-R saying my amps should be shipping today or tommorrow and it was only 9 days because I forgot about Columbus Day. Anyway I'm finally starting to get the bigger pieces of this puzzle together and now I just need to sort out the Alternator issue and Batteries.

9 days since it should have been shipped. I know they have been pretty busy with the BTL backlog but if you email or PM Nick on here he should respond fairly quick.

Im in the Air Force and shipping actually is not much more than normal shipping in the US. Reason being is we are still considered US mail because all of our mail goes to New York and then it enters the military system to be shipped to overseas locations. So my APO address is really like a New York address. I still have at least another year here and maybe 2 so I went ahead and paid the extra money to get everything shipped over. I already paid for those amps so I really hope they have already shipped them or at least ship them this week.I know anybody that reads this post feels the same when they have given someone over $1000 for a product and that person stops talking to them and doesn't give them any updates on the item. Either way the build will go on. May not be able to finish on time but it will get done the way I originally planned it. By the way I meant Sundown 200.4 for the highs/mids.

Vehicle is a 2007 Avalanche.The electrical is still in work due to it being so difficult to get parts shipped to APO.Looking to run 2 270amp alternators to power the 2 Sundown 3500's and the 2004. for the highs and mids.I really hate to rant about this but call me impatient or whatever. I recently ordered the 2 Sundown amps from Db-R and its been longer than the 10days they specify before the item ships and still nothing from them. I have sent numerous emails and even tried calling still nothing. Now I have been trying to order the alternators from DC. They replied back once asking my vehicle info and where I purchased the triple kit from but now they don't respond. I understand that the smaller companies are harder to get in touch with but I wish it was a better way. I guess because I'm US military stationed in Italy I have to wait forever for anything. I really hope that I can get everything I need so I can start my build before December.On a good note though I finally got a tracking number from Fi for my 2 18" BTL's!!!

Guess you guys scared the OP off. He hasn't even replied back to anybody or corrected what he actually meant. I guess he does want to bang down the neighborhood like some of you said.Either way its his system and if that's what he wants to do then so be it.Just remember that next time your getting pretty new pavement put down in your neighborhood that he contributed to it LoL. I know because I was that guy back when I was 16. Got multiple tickets for my music.Even had a cop tell me I was shaking his radar on the dash. Everybody does things different and we can't knock them for it just have to accept what their doing until their doing it in front of your house. Otherwise just offer the man some advice and try not to be dicks completely about it.

Yeah they are backed up and thats understandable.I'm patient to a point and then me being anxious makes me annoying sometimes.I just like getting updates so I know whats going on and thats why I usually ask alot of questions.Right now I'm waiting on these subs for a month now and I was told they should be shipped this week but they haven't been.I'm not complaining but it sucks to be told that and then it doesn't happen.I can wait it out though.I won't even bother emailing Nick until next week sometime about them again.Once they get caught up on orders I will end up ordering 2 more subs so this won't affect me buying from them at all. I love FI and right now I wouldn't buy anything else.RT Oh by the way Nick cut his hand so everybody send him a virtual bandaid LoL!!!

Well I think we were waiting on the 18" BTL baskets and thats why we were asking about shipping. The BL's didn't have to wait for baskets to be made and thats why you are getting your shipped out already.I don't know how many people ordered the BTL's and are still waiting but from the looks of it there are alot.I been waiting a month and half so you already know Im anxious for mine to be shipped.This reminds me of what happened with the DD-1's.Everybody waiting for a month and asking for updates until Steve put out the video showing they had a ton of them in and were shipping out within the week.Hopefully I get a shipping confirmation by Monday because that would mean I get my subs right in time.

Oh snap so Nick was my special APO order in that bunch? Glad to see the BTL's getting pushed out now.Guess I can start my plans for the huge 18's now!!!

Well I can say that discounts and Team stickers really don't matter to me.Hell if I wanted a team sticker I could easily just throw one on my truck and who would really care.Most people like to be apart of something that matters.Bond with others that are into the same things as them.To me it would be like claiming the Cowboys are the best but instead it would be FI LoL.Either way we know that FI has a Team already and I have no clue what being apart of the team means or entitles you too and don't care.I just want to be a part of something that matters in this thing we call car audio. TEAM...............? LoL

Yeah so they have had baskets for about 2 weeks now.Depending on how many orders they had to fill I would say within the next 2 weeks they should have caught up.So I say give them until next week and if still no update just email Nick or PM him on here.

So what exactly do you have to do in order to become a part of team FI? Also I wonder if FI has thought of coming out with their own Amplifier line also to power these monsters their putting out.

Man I been waiting for over a month and I knew it would be awhile because they let me know before I ordered that the baskets were on order and they didn't have an exact date when they would get them. I will say that Nick has answered my emails and my questions and never once did he catch an attitude because of me constantly asking him about the subs.Thats good customer service.I say that by the end of the week we should start hearing people saying that theirs have shipped.
