thanks guys.. but there is one thing i hate about this whole stereo thing.. its like a crack addiction !! geeez.. after doing this for years and building lots of system.. i would think i would be satisfied with what i got... i wanted to do a 155 bass race.. did it then it was i wanna do a 156 next time.. did it... then my brain starts spinning.. maybe new amps and more batteries...i want a 157now.. aaarrrgggg !! i hate this.. hahaha... when will it end ??

the good................ well.. this past weekend was one of florida largest mini truck/car shows.. Slamfest.. they had a stereo comp... so i went to the show on sat to qualify in the two classes i entered.. i entered 30 sec average..kinda like bass race.. and outlaw spl.. the meter was a term lab but it was like 6 db high in its readings.. so i do a 162 in the average 30 sec..( would be a real 156 ) and a 163.2 in the outlaw thing.... had a good day .. demoed my van talked about my sundown amps ect.. the bad.... sunday on the way to the show i am driving like 55mph in a constuction zone with concrete barriers on eather side.. my front upper ball joint broke.. i almost died !!! my freind fallowing me said i looked like i was gunna roll my van and smash the concrete wall !! it was soo hard to controle.. but i didnt hit the wall of roll the van..scary !! well had to get it towed .. then the ordeal with trying to get it on a flat bed .. cuz its soo low.. had to take the front bumper off.. still scraped loading it.. and since i couldnt get my van to the show .. i couldnt back my scores up.. so i didnt win chit !! just a expencive weekend !!! but it was a good show...... my sundown amps kicked ass ..... oh well.. ill fix her back up............................. just wanted to vent.. thanks guys.. ill post some pics....................

on just one alt ... but i am working on adding another one as we speak !! getting two on a new style astro is tuff..!!!! i have the same astro as yours, but the stinger brand here says only 1pc. 200 alt will fit. what did you do to fit 2 alt in your astro? well havent actually bolted it on yet.. but have it all planned out.. ill keep ya posted

still 12 voltz.......but working on getting my voltage better... thinking of changing to 6 3000's ..more power...hmmmmmmmmmmmm

well went to a db drag over the weekend.. bass raced a 155.3 !!! was a great time even with some minor problems.. like my rca's fallong out and i didnt even know it !! hahaha.. i am soo dumb.. maybe i could have done a 156 with both plugged in !! and my batt voltage sucked...11.6 at full tilt.. need to work on that.. my chaos subs kicked some butt and had no problems.. got i love them !! some pics...

well i went to a db drag show over the weekend....it was my first time with the new amps... bass raced at a 155.3 not too bad.. the amps work great.. but my voltage was kinda suckin.. 11.5 voltz full tilt.... workin on getting more batts and another alt.. funny thing.. i did that number with my main RCA's falling out..i only had one in when i bass raced !! maybe i could have done a 156 with both plugged in.....oh well.. good weeknd .......... lil-john

at 12 volts.. what voltage are you getting on the output with the speakers disconnected ?? with a 45 hz tone .....
