  1. you might be ok.... the amp might overheat cause not enough airflow....could always try and find out lol

  9. if that would make the ground shorter then yes i would mount it to the frame..... 4 feet for a ground is a little long imo...i like them to be under 2 feet.... is it gonna help with voltage.... who knows until u try
  10. 12.5 isnt even that low so the amp shouldnt be going into protect cause of that.... 4g to the amp ??? im betting thats the problem.... 2500w should be atleast 1/0g also how good is the ground and how long is it ?? could be the issue but im betting the 4g to the amp is your prob

  19. did u verify your bank account on paypal?? ya i would check over the routing and checking number you used to make sure it matches up... if he hasnt signed online on caco i would wait a couple of days.... if u see he was online and didnt message u back.... well then i would be worried....

  24. it was a ho alt... mechman 220a... well ive been talking to them... finally figured out the prob.... they sent the alt with a smaller pulley than the stock one.... well since im revving the engine up to 8K the alt cant handle it.... "Our units are not designed for that kind of RPM with the pulley we send it out with. Our units are pullied for the stock RPM redline that your vehicle came with from the factory, which is significantly lower than 8,000 rpm. If you are running that kind of RPM, you will need to run a larger pulley on the alternator to slow it down. Keep in mind, that this will dramatically reduce idle output. We will need to know the first and last name that you used when you purchased the unit, and also the idle speed of your engine and the diameter of your crankshaft pulley. Once we have all that, I can issue you an RGA with the details written on it so we can modify the unit for how you are using it. "
