New Setup Suggestions
So I'm guessing that wouldn't be a bad idea if they are seeing 2500+ watts, right? Thanks for the quick response by the way. I'd definitely go BP Power with that much power

What are the two better amps
They will be powering 4 Fi BL 15's I don't see how those subs fit into a budget setup...

Which amplifier wiring kit?
but with the stock electrical system I have, 1/0 will be pointless. No gains will come because the weakest link is the alt. and lack of "big 3 upgrade" Which is why you will upgrade the electrical system too (once you upgrade the system [which will eventually happen as well]), and you will do the big 3.

So im selling my ssd's
What size SSD's do you have now? If they're 12"s, I'm not sure you'll beat two 12" SSDs with one 15" at the same power (SPL wise)...if anything you'll get quieter due to the lack of surface area on the subs.

what you think of my new rims for the MINI?
So the rims will be half as tall as the car? Wait...rims AND tires were $600 shipped?? From the price listed, your rims alone should be a little over 600 without tires... Looks like it's $1,160 tires and rims...unless you get some kinda discount?

Gain, Hz, and Db
That's not the sub as-is. Read this quote: That was after the picture of the sub was posted and after he was told to check for discoloration on the coils.

cooling your amps
If you're hearing 12v fans over your subs, you've got bigger issues I disagree. Any background noise bums me out. You obviously don't listen to music with space in it. I guess...I tend to listen to music with...music in it

Recommend SQ speaker wire and interconnects
What I've learned is that it's NOT ok to reply to posts 5 minutes after you wake up, as you tend to miss things like "7-way speaker" and "enhanced dolphin mod" ...

battery in the trunk
I was kinda curious about this too...so no isolator is needed for a second battery in the trunk, even if they're completely different brands? I've read in quite a few places that you should add an isolator if they're not the same brand & model battery...

Misinformation needing correction
Oh I see how it is, Aaron gets around the curse filters... As far as the sundown review...I have an SAE-1000D and I love it. The only time I've gotten it warm was the day it was 90 degrees and my car was sitting in direct sunlight all day...turns out my trunk gets a little hot

cooling your amps
Have them run horizontally across the heatsinks. Here's a few places to find them: http://www.partsexpress.com/webpage.cfm?We...34&rak=fans http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/ca...?CatId=494& http://www.newegg.com/Store/SubCategory.as...;name=Case-Fans

Recommend SQ speaker wire and interconnects
Just because you pay a lot for wires doesn't make them any better. I'd check out www.knukonceptz.com ... great prices and great quality. Edit: From what I've heard, Pyle speakers tend to live up to their name (Pile [of chit]...), so you may want to re-invest some money in new speakers...Namely getting some components instead of 6 6x9 coaxials. Edit 2: Why such a low tuning for music? People usually tune that low for home theatre...I'd look at tuning a bit higher, maybe around 32 hz... Edit 3: Four 18's for SQ???

Gain, Hz, and Db
k so dont blast the boost for it can damage your sub, got it ill put it on 15 or 16 out of 20 maby even 14..Any more suggestions on how to tune my gain or hz Don't use bass boost. Period. Not even 1/20. As far as setting the gains, I'd look here: http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/i...?showtopic=3704

how to wire sub into box, and attach it.
Run a wire from the positive lead on the sub to the positive terminal on that terminal cup, and do the same for the negatives. Run wires from the positive terminal on that terminal cup to the positive output on your amp, and do the same for the negatives. Attach the sub to the box with screws, so you can easily remove it should you ever need to.

2002 Caddy on bagz...8 Fi BTL 18's, 2 RF T15k amps (new vid pg 31)
He answered this on his own forums a few times...it's because this amp is so rare, that the "WOW Factor" of it makes it worth it. I believe he compared it to owning a Ferrari vs. another car with mods; the Ferrari is more impressive due to its rarity.

Did i break my sub
I'd worry more about possibly having damaged the CD Player more than the sub...

Whomever designed my car...
I could also make my own amps. I've done it before. But the cost/benefit just isn't there. Same goes for speakers... You do it on your free time as something you enjoy. Nobody's asking you to take time off work to do it, just do it when you have nothing else to do.
