OK so the ports 25.25" long, still doesn't explain why you put 20" in the calculator. That enclosure would be 6.58ft^3 @ 33.7hz using your displacements.

Now you changed the length in the calculator but left it 24" in the model. And by the way, the 20" port would end in the corner causing incorrect tuning.

Did you use a splitter cable to hook up the visors to the unit?

You should have 3 in the # of common port walls box and in your model it looks as if the wall after the bend is longer then the 2 inches its supposed to be.

Somethings not right about your dimensions. The calculator is off a bit and your drawing looks like the port is longer then what the calculator says.

Rather then running the one terminals wires to the other, Id just run them to the amp. The terminals may not accept two sets very easily.

Buy some expanded steel from mcmaster carr. Don't use aluminum, it will be too fragile. That name sounds familiar, I deal with them at work.

I would suggest staying away from skar. My experiences with them are terrible. Customer service was seriously lacking, trying to pull a fast one on me and forgetting my order multiple times among other things. The driver isn't at all anything to be impressed by.
