Fixed the falling tweeter today, only took me 15 mins with a run to the hardware store. Maybe tomorrow if I feel ambitious I'll reroute the RCAs and put in the universal level control for the sub channel so I can use any amp for the subs. Maybe even take out the sub amp and run everything off the leviathan.

Enlighten me. All or partly? I am not above learning a thing or two. Clipping does not determine if it hurts your hearing or not, volume does. There is so many ways this can be interpreted, my stock stereo actually hurt my ears on long drives. "Listener fatigue" what I refer to it as, your ears hurt from listening to the stereo for long periods (4hours+) no loud bass just a poor setup stereo. Listening to my custom setup at equal or higher volumes for a long period (4hours+) of time didn't hurt the ears at all. I'm not talking hearing loss but your ears actually hurt, like you had your finger moving around in your ear for way to long.

Great amp, shame it is out of stock, we keep getting emails about it. I was wondering why I didn't see it in the store, guess now I know. I think its more if a shame that you don't hear much about them, there must be some out there for them to be out of stock .

ALSO make sure it is on A/C volts not D/C lol i have done that a few times! if it is on D/C and yet set it to say 30volts d/c you are actually seting it lower then when you pop it into a/c you will read like 25volt ac those numbers are just for reference sake! but A/C no D/C If your measuring DC on the amplifiers outputs you got problems.

If that box does not have individual chambers for each subwoofer I wouldnt mix subs in the same enclosure. I wouldn't mix subs in individual chambers either. Don't mix different subs in the same install.

Driver Displacement is in the manual listed under the VD in the thiele small parameters. I believe it was listed at .045 VD is not driver displacement. VD is the maximum displacement the cone has when in motion, its calculated from cone area and xmax.

Every thing looks fine, I got a little bit different numbers but they are close enough. I got 7.04ft^3 @ 31.64hz

You got the wrong coil option to wire to one ohm so wire it to 2 ohms(coils in series). Gross volume of your enclosure is 5.48ft^3 you need more port area though.

You should be around one when one explodes, gets your adrenaline flowin pretty good. In one of my electronics class the group behind us was having a problem getting their lab circuit to work. The teacher went back there started to look at the circuit and noticed they had one of the electrolytic capacitors in backwards, as soon as he said that a loud bang and he went rushing out of the room. He came back maybe 10 minutes later with a huge welt on his top lip where the cap hit him.

Each port should be that length.
