8 gauge to sub 0 gauge to amp and about 1100 rms to sub on a bad day

i got a 15Q and i can do all of those things... (except hair trick havent tried it yet) but i have also been dropping lots of time and money into my electrical and design... and the sq of this sub is phenominal to any sub i have ever heard... but im sure it aint bad on the rest.. and it seems a lot of people are hitting mid 140's ( cant wait to get metered)... and also for mad thump today i turned mine up to show a friend and it shakes the ground about 150-200 feet away.. enough to set off car alarms.. now im thinking of 2 of them cuz i think im in love lol

well this post put all my thoughts into words.. lol cuz i was set on getting a 15" RE XX.. but fi changed that quick and now im truely happy with my choice.. now i just need stickers to rep FI...

bought my 15Q after christmas still havent stopped hearing "how many 15's you got??" i love it. been havin fun around my neighborhood killing everyones system im waiting for someone in my area to be louder so it will make me get another sub but havent found them yet... biggest person i have beat was a guy with 3 15" cvr's.. was very excited about that but anyways ya im new to car audio but im deep into it already... about to upgrade my electrical and make my sub wang even more ... oh ya where can i get a big FI sticker for my car??? cuz i think they look sexy like my sub...

would that car happen to be a isuzu rodeo??? or am i just seeing stuff

SSF?? i went in the back and looked at my amp settings and my bass boost was all the way up.. so i turned that down and i think i stopped it... but is that the only way ?? oo ya the box is tuned to 30.. if thats what your talking about...

well i noticed yesterday when i was listening to late night tip that my sub bottoms out on one of the bass lines... how might i go about fixing this ?? i got a 15Q powered by an hk401sx

heh i didnt think sq in a car went so deep... lol pretty much what im looking for is just something that will sound good... wont have an EQ or nothing fancy just some speakers that will make the car nice and clear... they are gonna be powered @ 100 watts rms... also if i were to get an 8" for midbass what would you recommend?? and were would you wanna put a midbass ???

5.25 could probably fit a 6.5 but little mounting depth.. those are mids and the 4's are highs dont have tweeters yet.. car is a 99 passport.. looking into the MA Audio HK598 to power em.. 100 watts rms @ 4 ohm.. i was looking into the infinity kappa series but idk if they will do good at loud lvls...

hehe i had the same thing happen around me some kid thought he was the chit with his 3 12's LOL well ya i was like oo wow thats loud... as his subs bottomed out and sounded like poopy. then i was like oo i got something for ya cranked it to king kong and blew him away he went and told my friend that his was louder for some reason... after saying wow that chit is loud to me... who knows... i guess he just needed to get the tail out of his legs some how...

i got a 15Q and i am very suprised @ the SQ at loud volumes.. im sure the 10 is the same... im the kinda person that listens to everything... i was playing some jackjohnson and it sounded incredible.. also had some rise against and it hit every drum... made me and my friends say WOW but i have also never heard a w6 so... ya idk really how it compares to it..

i got an suv i built my box to where the sub is on the same side as the port and i have tried up but i think when you face it to the back its louder... but your roof will flex a lot more if you face it up..

well maybe i was wrong about $$$ not mattering LOL i wasnt excpecting to get some 40 billion dollar speakers LOL... im looking into about 5-800 for the 4 speakers... LOL

i was wondering how hard it is to get sponsored... cuz i was kinda looking into it but dont really know what they are looking for...

ok well i have decided to go SQ for my system... i wanna know what the best speakers would be for this... i need 2 5.25" speakers and 2 4" speakers.... right now i am using the infinity reference speakers and they sound pretty good i was wondering what might be better then these... price doesnt matter and im gonna fit up an amp that will match the specs of the speakers.

ya i was very dissapointed with the spl of the vmax's but oh well i got a Q and you wanna talk about awesome performance... i havent missed a note yet

ya i got a 15Q and so far i have shakin my door loose,,, broke my mirror straight off the glass,,, shook my battery terminal loose,, and to add to all the mayhem i have shakin my fuses out of there plugs LOL... and around here we dont say fi audio.... we say f*cking insane audio
