I can only speculate, having never heard one. But based on other DD subs I've heard, its musical ability seems like it would be nill, granted the inductance of neo subs is typically lower, so I dunno
The hours I work prevents me from signing for packages, It took me almost two weeks to get a package I had to sign for one time. But I contacted the seller and told them the deal

even at idle it shouldn't go that low imo. I might see 13.4 playing decaf, but they rated my alt for 175 or 180 idle but I only have a SPP1200 and HC2000. external ports ftw
cheap DMM's work fine for the occasional user. I have a cheapo (clamp/DMM) from harbor freight and its damn near spot on with my dads fluke and snap on. DD1 works great also, I know some people talk ish about it. But it really is spot on. Takes 5min lol. I love mine.
