  1. No they usually just make enclosure to be able to fit in any trunk. Usually to small. To low of port area and tuned way to high
  2. Usually manufactur enclosures sound like crap. . And usually people have the lpf between 50-80. What made you get the sub? Did you find a deal or something
  3. Iv used them when bolting a ring terminal to frame. Im sure its good if the ring terminal is making the good connection
  4. Everytime im quoting someone in the middle of typing it just all of the sudden makes me start type in the middle of the words that im quoting

  17. You can do flush mount with just 2 baffles. Dont have to have 2 baffles under the flush mount piece . . I would do as big as you can fit forreal . My experience with zcons is they really like big enclosures. . What amp will you be running to it?
  18. Yea Its not hard . I would look up videos on how to remove your door panels first If you havnt done It befor though. Just to see where any screws or clips are located
  19. Iv made rings with birch wood before . Wasnt really any Different than mdf
  20. I really dont think you will have a problem. Maybe in a few months take your door panel off and check out the wood and see what it looks like. . Iv used wood untreated for long periods of time befor with no issue. just depends how much water gets into your door
  21. The gain on the amp is not just a volume knob . Doesn't tell how much rms its putting out. . Who installed everything?
  22. Usually premade ported enclosure are just made to save space and fit in trunks and shit. . With way to low port area and tuned really high and way to small for what subs really need
