As soon as I get 50 of the Ethos sold Ill place an order for the 3,500 watt. It'll be the same motor as the Ethos but will be gapped for a 8 layer coil. It'll basically be an Ethos times two. The 3,500 watt version will be in the neighborhood of $450-500 shipped due to the bigger coil and heaftier suspension and extra leads. Will the 3500 rms one come in 12"?

That's how I do it lol. Been wanting to get a crimper though But it seems to work just as good so why get a crimper? Lol Seems like it would make it quicker and look cleaner. I'm sure ill just keep doing it like this though lol Would be nice to have a panel saw to lol

I don't think it has to do with the clamping you did. I think its because you took the shimms out before it was completely dry. . . Only thing I can think right now is try and get the dust cap back off and see if its for sure the coil rubbing. Or could be something left down in the gap. . . . . . . . . . . . . . Really hope its not to bad man

The videos you watched should have said to let it dry over night with shimms in so coil dryed away from the pole.. and also wouldn't glue the surround a little at a time

My zcons loved when I was tuned to 28-29. Forsure could get some of them loud and crazy low

I like having my eq because its easier/faster to control than going through setting on a head unit and for the bass control

I have tryed a lot of turnings and sizes to try to get these louder. Think its about time for more power. There probley only getting a little over 1k each right now

ok so a 18x48x48Yeah that's 24 cubic feet He wouldn't want to measure from the outside though. Wouldn't that be more around 20 cubes?
