These tweeter just came out , since I'm done with my sub setup I want to work on my front stage, I'm thinking of getting 2 pairs of these for my front doors. Right now I have mb quart components runing of an amp , it sounds good but I want it louder. So Anyone that has bought and ran these let me know how they sound and work for you.

I defiantly will when I get it , Ill try and make a video when im done with my install.

Everyone in my city runs Hifonics im trying to run something different , I think its funny when people see my sub (ssa Xcon) and they think its some flea market sub or something, untill they hear it . I want an amp that not many people run but i still want it good quality .

Have you guys ever used or heard anyone using this amp , I got a good deal on one on ebay . but I cant find many reviews, I heard lightning audio is owned by rockford fosgate. its rated at 600 x 1 @ 4Ω 1000 x 1 @ 2Ω 1500 x 1 @ 1Ω and the fuse are 2x70a here is some internal pics (not mine)

around 250 - 300 , I might just go with the md2d cause imo it looks the best. what amp would be more for sq in this price range used is an option

So im still looking for an amplifier ive narrowed it down to 3 choices mb quart q1.1500 , us amps merlin md2d , sundown sax-1200d Wich one do you think will power my xcon the best and also have the best sq , the xcon will be in a 3.0 cu box tuned to 30 hz by 2 4" aeroports. Thank you BavarianBeast

Will an xs power d1200 work as a good starting battery and power my 1000w rms system? It will have 0 guage to the alt and the ground plus 2 gauge to the amplifier.

Im running it in a 3 cubic feet tuned to 30hz with 2 4" aeroports, its just a daily setup that I want to sound clean and get loud I was looking at the 1500 rms to 2000 range. Not more then $350 , used is also an option. Thank you for your help I just wanted to know what people were runing and what amp sounds the best. I am runing an xs power battery and my car has 0 gauge wire for power and ground (1995 bmw m3). I plan on starting a build thread here maybe.

hmm I was interested in the new ppi bk1800.1 , but im not sure on the ppi's new stuff. Me personally I dont like hifonics . I was also looking at crescendo audio bc2000 but its allitle on the high side of my budget .

I just got my ssa xcon 12" and all i had was a 250 watt amp so I hooked it up to see what it sounded like and omfg this thing is really the best sounding subwoofer I have ever heard and got loud of the little power I gave it , so now im looking for an amp to power this beast. It is a d2 so any suggestions on a good amp besides sundown ? Thank you. Bavarian Beast.
