I talked with Shawn yesterday. The SMD V2 sounds like a Powerful sub. He said it should take a clean 5000 watts all day long. NO SMD Jr... who started that?

Email I got today. And I ordered my 4th woofer I am terribly sorry for the coil. We are not sure what has happened or the problem is (outside of the coil reading way too high) We only have D1.4 (our D2 ) and D.7 (our D1) coils. So I am not sure if something slipped into our coil boxes at our vendor or what. Someone please call the Owner Of FI Car audio. All i want is this sub replaced. So i can order a 4th SP4, If the coils have not changed. If the coils have changed. Let me know so I can but some different subs From DC. I have sent a lot of emails and get no responce. Maybe someone can give me the phone number so i can call him.

He must have been super busy yesterday.

I have two of them on two 3.5k's in a ported C pillar wall in my blazer. It does 53.6

I ran DC xl's before, Now that they have a level 6 with 4 inch coils, that may be the route i go. I had full intentions of ordering a 4th sp4. But if the coils have changed, why order a 4th one, i would need two re-cones for the two I already have.

Looks like i may be switching to back DC Subs. I was Really happy with the first two. Sure would have been nice to know things have changed.

Funny how i Email FI audio about a basket color and they email me back fast. But if you have an issue you get no response.
