so thanks to all the guys at ssa. i love my gcon in my van really pushes the air i love it so much i decided to order a twin! haha. but ill be having 2 gcons in there. cant wait to see what kinda damage we can do! thanks again everyone!

if its a 3500.1d and it says 1750 @ 1 ohm. call me testicals but thats not true power. haha. look for stuff that is rated in the name what its rated at 1 ohm. like i have an audiopipe 1500.1d rated at 1500w @ 1ohm minimum.

Not bashing american bass or anything but I personally would only look into an amp with true rated power

Check out a regular 1500w amp you can drop it to 1 ohm running 1500 and be at the rated power.

Why so much?

Make sure you measure the depth of your driver to.

I'd recommend 2 gcon 12s about 1500w RMS together. Sealed in your truck unless your familiar with ported enclosures and like ported but sealed in you truck would sound nice and definitely rattle your brains.

yeah i liked how it was louder but i liked the smoothness of the sealed box. i dunno it will probably be ported. ill be getting the IA mids and highs for christmas.
