the 11th will be 4 months and I already asked for a refund and so far he's ignored me asking. The way all of this turned out and the order they built the subs were dumb and should've never been done like that. The fact you have people waiting this long is ridiculous and shows no organization.

I never planned on getting a truck at the beginning of December... I planned on one nice build before I got a new vehicle in the March-May time frame.

Any updates? You said last week in a PM you pushed a couple of ours up. I haven't seen anything update and it's been a week over 3 months. I'd much rather have my money back than get the sub, just because right as I'm going to get it, I'm going to sell it and lose money on it. SO far this experience hasn't been good.

Well I'll probably be selling it right away. I'm buying my truck today or tomorrow and it wont be going in there. So I'm not really in a rush anymore.

I ordered through Amazon, not directly through SSA. I've had a UPS tracking number since December and it hasn't updated yet. Last time I ordered my Icon it didn't update till it was directly at my door.

Awesome! Hopefully mine comes this week. I wish I was keeping my vehicle a lot longer, but I'm getting rid of it in a couple weeks to buy a new 2013 Ford F150.

How are builds going? UPS hasn't updated yet, even tho it might not. Are Xcons finished or still building?

I just hooked up my AQ 2200 today. Biggest amp I've ever had. So far it's wired at 2 ohm but it puts out good power.

I'm not trying to start an argument or anything like that. I'm just a customer wanting his product. ha

I think they should've done by order date. That's my 2 cents. I'm not trying to be rude either. but 2+ months is getting ridiculous.

Did the Xcons already get finished and shipped? UPS hasn't updated, but that happens a lot with SSA right? I saw a thread about it a month ago.

Waiting on an XCON? You will be happy man, it is one of my favorite subs ever and I have owned a lot of subs. I had the Icon and was satisfied with it. So I know I'll be happy with the Xcon. I'm just disappointed I don't have it sooner. I understand that there were a lot of orders but extra staff ( I know that's more money to spend) would have been nice to complete these orders. I just hope it ships this month because I have people buying my current equipment and I'm not giving it to them until I get my new stuff and people are getting upset.

Nope. Hasn't even shipped yet. Getting close to 2 months.

Well if you ordered on the 2nd of December and still haven't received your Xcon, then I have a lot of waiting left.
