mtx is releasing what they call the Jack hammer,its a rediculas 350lb speaker,holds 6000 wrms per coil and has a relitive 8.5 INCH peak to peak they claim itll stay linear 6 inches,with a dealer cost of 3500.00 dollars,retails at 6999.95

the xs 10 is a great woofer considering its sharing the same motor structure and voice coil as the 12,the only problem your going to run into with it is as with the 12 and 15,for it to perform well youll need a larger box.i would go with the es ds on the count that the box is much smaller,and its a more efficiant driver,if its a clean 500 wrms you shouldnt have a problem with it handeling the power

just wanted to see what yall are up too we are throwing a new years part at my pad this year,anyone in the general areas invited(Hemet,Riverside CA. area)

no accually its pretty smart move on there part,marketing wise,Fosgate did it with Best Buy. MTX started in small shops,and when C.C bought into the line there sales dropped because the little guy couldnt compete with the bigger dogs,they started dropping the line,so buy offering them a specific line,it opened the doors to the small guys where they started,increasing there sales,once again

Not sure on the Pricing for the sub,i belive the 2005 price list is going to be revised,because of all the new Amps,Subs,and Co-Axles we will also have the PR12ST,that needes to be added onto it so id probably wait till after CES to find out the Pricing.LOL im sure you didnt wanna here that,but theres alot of change happining within the next month or so

all the amps were tested at 13.3,and rated at rms power,that was a big issue we stresssed to the higher ups,Johnny nor i like over exagerating the power ratings,we would rather under rate then over rate,

the line was made for Cuircut city,its a step down from the Thunder line

its a 1200 watt duel 4 ohm driver,cone is carbon fiber,and as far as where it lays in our powerbass line up,it is a new addition to the PBX line,we will also be releasing PR Componants and co-axles

just small changes,moved badge on cone,and added vents to the basket

this is the PR we changed a couple things cosmedically,but nothing drastic
