no, if it's reading over 9v then it's not the power or ground therefore the amp must be faulty since he's already checked- Speaker wire removal RCA removal --> waiting for OP to unplug remote gain controller And AQ amps are rated to handle voltages that low.

unhook the remote gain controller and turn amp back on. If it still doesn't come on right, put a dmm on the amp's pwr\grn terminal and see what voltage is being read. Anything 9v or higher means it's more than likely faulty

    better start prostitutin or somethin.
  4. They had issues with the power on the 3500s so they are in the process of checking every amp now. As of yesterday some were sent out.. Navid said they all should go out at the latest Friday. BTW my tracking says the same as yours. I would hope they test every amp before it goes out regardless if they think a few might have problems. Testing before shipping should be mandatory, in my own opinion. Yes! I made mention of this before in an email direct to Navid stating that all amps better be getting tested prior to shipping to customers because some people were randomly getting BCxxxx amps way before the mass public was receiving them. That was a pure indication that they were not tested from CA themself... This is one reason why i refused to get in on the preorder because i noticed that this was happening and i wanted mine to come in all nice and smooth and not rush out the door the second it gets delivered to them.
  5. what are those? virgin titties? How he go from yellow to pink, lol

no slamology = no blowthru.. make your choice
  7. i'm still waiting for mine to reach the USA... I had mine air freighted over cuz i didn't want to be in the first batch of orders... hehe, good call.
  8. apparently it did because as soon as he changed his font size in his sig, all posts proceeding his were fixed. Not every browser works the same way either. This is why there is a verification engine online that checks erroneous code in websites for best compatibility.
  9. yea but your car is different.. Check and see if the OP's car is fully computer controlled. Phi's car typically idles and at low rpms around 13.0v

um.. check the amp and see what lights are lit up on it. If you have a GREEN light on for power, and you are getting that constant red light for clipping.. i'd say one of 2 things are going on- 1- you wired your sub out of phase which can damage both sub and amp very soon! 2- there is a problem with the input signal stage on the amp. Whether this be with the amp or the rcas Or THREE- you got the amp set to slave rather than master, check that switch!
  11. hey now.. shhh. Ever since i upgraded to Win7, IE actually works without a hitch, lol But i know what u mean.. I got tired of using Firefox because mandatory plugins like flash\java, etc sometimes don't work with Firefox for quite a while when a new version is released.... IE is the most typical browser so the necessity to keep up to date with plugins is ALWAYS focused towards IE first. When you are running stout security like i am, there is no worries of infections and there is no worries of incompatible surfing either.
  12. IT is now fixed.. Congratulations... We promote you to Moderator status courtesy of shizzzon.
  13. YES OMG! DJJDNAP changed sides!!! He's on our side now!!! Yay!!!!
  14. testing.... bla bla baohihfsdlfkhsdlghsklghsdrgsgh
  15. lol, no it only gets small just that one time.. That would be hilarious if it kept getting smaller... god help us if u ever did a build log and it did that.. Need 10000000000000000000000000p monitor just to read page 2
  16. great.. now my post is smaller, lmao
  17. well, if work fine for u then that's good. Just tryin to shift your decisions if you hadn't purchased yet.
  18. Ok, on behalf of Mac n Cheese on here.. i have now noticed what he was trying to tell us so hopefully this can get fixed soon. For some unknown reason, lol, this sounds funny but i'm not lyin, whenever djjdnap posts anything in a thread, ALL posts proceeding his, the font type and size gets changed to a smaller font. It can get hard to read things many times. I would post a pic of what i'm referring to but djjdnap's sig is 7 monitors long, lmao, and i can't show you what it looks like before and after on the same pic. So all i know is from this point is djjdnap is an IP board font terrorist.
  19. I don't have any direct info to back what i'm bout to say up but i've heard many bad comments directed toward CDT because their engineering of the products they sell is crap and comes into question if they even know how to help people reach any goal properly... This may also go along the lines of how overpriced they are too but i dont know.
  20. OK, i just looked. It's $77 per person for 2days straight
  21. no, i'm only payin for myself. Last time i went, i went for 2days straight because the park is humungous and took 2 days just to ride what i wanted to. But also, admission isn't that expensive. I believe 2day pass is under $70 per person.
  22. Anybody wanna go to Cedar Point end of this week into the weekend? Anyone not in the area and wants to go, put ur name in here so we can all meetup in Sandusky, OH somewhere. Plan on goin for 2-3 days straight if anyone's interested.
  23. the whole thing is dc power is or went thru a massive transition about getting CNC machines without closing up shop... Yea.. it's not the customers fault for not stalking dc power on their progress but hopefully by now or at least soon will things get more situated and flow evenly for everybody.
