I am just doing normal PT with my unit, and some minor work outs at nights...........just extra pushups and situps........situps with 20 lbs on the check and pushups with a flack vest minus sappy plates on...........I am seeing minor differences after only 2 weeks. J

Good day guys.............work has been kinda funtoday. Learned about Cat-5 splicing (spelling??), running 25 pair copper cable, and then did a ghetto-style Jeopardy.............was rather fun. LTC showed up saying he could hear us like a 1/4 mi. away. While yea we know he was being sarcastic we were all being rather loud......... Now its time to go sit there and probably play spades, or something else boring............*sigh*.........oh well the weekend is almost here and the GF should be back from LA tonyte or early tm. J
