  4. HAHAHAHAHA....YEAH BUDDY! That dudes looks so stupid What is so stupid? The squat suit to help him keep form and do more? The wraps to protect his knees? Or the fact that he is a genetic freak? J
  5. :bull: :bull: :bull: Why? I should weigh about 185. You should weigh whatever you want to weigh. BMI is, by and large, a poor statistic. Body fat %, Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate, and A1C are far more useful statistics. Tell that to the DoD. I love how we do BMI. Its rather shitty IMO. J
  6. Also congrats Sean!!!! Hope all goes well brother. J
  7. Somebody has to be "Tons o' Fun" in here. Not as solid as I should be but 5'10 and 215 here. According to the Army I am also 12% body fat. But then again I know how to stand. J
  8. And its legs day.................and I also have a god awful farmers tan. Damn outdoors work. I could deal if my legs were not elmers glue white.
  9. J aren't you deployed? In the AF we can't be considered deployable with that kinda stuff happening. 1) Yes I am 2) They were staying still before I left. I didn't want to get teeth ripped out right before I left, or by Army docs. If I need military medical attention, I will take a one legged Navy Doc, or a one armed Air Force doc over a perfectly health Army one. Its not to say we have NO good docs, but the Navy and Air Force have served my medical needs best so far in my career. J
  10. Fuckin bottom wisdom tooth. Shits tryin to push thru and not so comfy.
  11. WTF is that??? J
  12. I fucking love people who cry about their situation, have options and will do NOTHING to change it. J
  13. What rank? Guessing First Sergeant? LOL I wish. We are both looking for Sergeant right now. I dug my own 'grave' to be stuck as a Specialist for so long. But such is life. J
  14. Well wife caught up to me. We are now one house of Promotable soldiers. J
  15. Good job will. God I cant wait to get back and do work. J
  16. Dudeist T0P. J
  17. Are you referring to a military funeral? Correct. This is their flier. Found it via craigslist. http://www.godhatesf...rardipulley.pdf J That's why I have a big middle finger pointed at religion. Really sad if you let one small group represent the whole if your mind. In that case, we are all just like the Floridians in car audio. Not to offend you or anything, but I stopped believing in fairy tales as a child. Being surrounded by the religious people of eastern Idaho, and Northern Utah has been enough for me. Eh I can understand that. I personally am not a fan of major religion. That is why I am a reverand in Dudeism. Jq
  18. Are you referring to a military funeral? Correct. This is their flier. Found it via craigslist. http://www.godhatesfags.com/fliers/20110430_Dead-Soldier-Fort-Huachuca-AZ-Keith-Giarardipulley.pdf J
  19. I see today being a very bad day back at my base. Westboro is planning on protesting a funeral on my base. AKA right outside the gate unless they somehow slip through. I smell bloodshed. J
  20. Not going back to quote, but to the dude who mentioned about people rallying at the White House, GO FUCK YOURSELF. It makes sense, rally around the area of happy news, mourn around the area of sadness and pain. I am proud of the ment who got his ass, and I hope this does not turn shit ugly. I know it will, but I hope it doesn't. J
  21. Looks nice man. Let us know how easy it mounts up, and how good the quality is for the new stuff. J
  22. 100 would be for a road/trail pos bike. A lot more if it was soley indoors. I don't 'need' high performance. J No one does, comfort is ALWAYS step one. If you aren't comfortable you won't ride. Even decent bikes from the mid-80's fetch $200+ though, so $100 just isn't realistic. Damn..................I can see this will become more expensive than I thought. Lay it on me sean. J IMO this is a better style trainer: http://www.amazon.com/Minoura-Action-Advantage-Rollers-Trainer/dp/B001JBNAK6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1304263843&sr=8-2 but expect to fall when you are just starting out This style is much easier to ride on, but only works on your spinning muscles: http://www.amazon.com/Bell-Motivator-Indoor-Bicycle-Trainer/dp/B000AAYBWS/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1304263886&sr=8-3 *and I didn't look at models to recommend, just showing styles of trainers As for bikes, in a low budget scenario I'd be looking at newest for a steel bike from the early 90's. Depending on your size and how you fit I can surely help narrow that down, but $200-300 is a reasonable budget to get something reliable. If you buy a $200 bike at target you will wear out parts within your first 200 miles on the trainer which in reality should take less than 20 rides. No reason that someone even part way fit can't pull more than 15mph on a trainer, then it'd take less than 15 hours. An old school nice piece on the other hand will give you thousands of miles before and in between minor parts replacement. Odd ? but what about the Jeep branded bikes? I ask beacuse my old man has one. Has had it about 10 years, and does at least 20 miles a week in the summer with zero issues. And I like the spinners. Cheaper than I expected too. J
  23. Fuckin A..............lazy sunday
  24. That's The Spirit, Lol. You Ever Buy Your New Vehicle, Anyway? If So, What Was It? Or Did You Get A Rex Like You Were Discussing Before? I had a Rex before I left for Iraq. I passed it on just before I left for Iraq in the interest of seeing her restored to her former glory. Until I get home here (early summer) I won't have my vehicle. I am getting a extended or crew cab pick up. Either Ford or Chevy newer than 2003. Still not 100% on whats going to be my daily driver. Already getting a 1990 Pontiac Fire Fird Formula for a 'weekend' car. J
  25. If you get T/S specs including RMS before my build, I might be having a DD 9512H sale. J
