Well I finally got gym time today. Goal is to get them to allow it to be m-f every morning. Walked about .25 mile each way all exercises are 3 sets of 10 with the total weight listed next to them. If I don't know the name, I'll try and explain. Seated chest press (sit down, leaning back push off of rests similar to super inclined bench press) 110 Cable rope pull downs 42.5 Reverse grip cable bar push down curls 50 Regular grip cable bar curls 65 Free weight forearm (palms up) curls 20 (per arm) Barbell forearm (palms down) curls 35 (total) Shrugs 160 For my first time back in the gym since march (and 10 lbs heavier than I was then) I dont think this was too bad. Now its time to go eat some breakfast. J

Well decently quiet 4th for me.................... Literally there are some very "Fuckin A I'm in Iraq again" moments, that occur daily to make this place suck. While I am EXTREMELY grateful I'm not at some shit bag area and being motored and rocketed everyday, and losing friends daily there are still certain things that blow. No fireworks is one of them. On the same hand seeing women in TINY little shorts and tight ass shirts and having them ask you 'why does everyone stare at me like I am a piece of meat??' makes for some amusing thoughts and replies. Told her 'well girl if you don't wanna be looked at like your a piece of meat, quit dressing like your in the display case.' she looked at me confused as shit so I followed up with 'dress like your strollin for dick and they are gonna get thrown out at you.' She thought we should be more mature and polite. Yea.................thats not happening anytime soon. Between that and having guys coming to clean the shitters tapping on the door twice, then trying and rip it down beacuse they think that someone locked it from the inside or something there of, is definatly an Iraq moment. Even more so when they walk away yelling at their friend cursing about you shitting in Arabic. At least the stall doors go all the way to the floor and about a foot from the ceiling. J

Ok in a quick reply here you guys go: Over here isnt bad. Nice amenities but the shit we really need is a PITA to get. Just never been a fan of asian cars. Loved my CRX and my Integra. Thats it. Others have disgusted me. Only looking 05+ beacuse I really want low miles, stable parts, and something I'll enjoy. I know repairs can be expensive, but its the goal area. And yes plenty of time to look and decide, it all comes down to money. J

Started today with a 2 mile walk

Walked about 3 miles today............I need to invest in a cheap bike for out here...........Get some good pedal time in and drop this gut. J

First off GREAT thread idea Aaron. As of 0650 this morning I've walked 2 miles, and will walk about 3 more through the day. And the intra-day walk will be in my cammi's and at least 100* too Even fishing makes ya sweat a shit ton. J

Well I'm here. This looks like its going to be a REAL LONG fuckin year. But on the plus side, so far we have been safe as all hell. We have a little fishing hole behind where I work and even better in other spots. I'll post pics when I catch something personally worth showing off. J

Looking at adding another car (maybe 2) to my garage. I am looking at a CRX as an audio car and then I want a daily driver for AZ. Something with some good power, manual, power windows and either already with nav or I can always add one on. What I am looking at is a 2009(ish) Dodge Challenger R/T edition with the V8. I figure I can easily get one for about 18k in cash. I plan on spending between 14k and 22k on this new toy. This doesnt include rims (if needed), tint or exhust. I will not buy asian autos, and prefer, Dodge, BMW, or Ford. Not much of a Bow Tie kinda guy, and this is for me, not the wife so its gotta be fast enough to easily do something stupid in and fun to drive daily. I does want god awful fill the tank every 20 miles MPG's but I dont need prius milage either. Any opinions here guys? Definatly want to stay 2005 and newer. With the exception of the asian makers (honda, scion, nissan) I am open to most anything. J

Older than the guy....although seeing her hands would really help. Wow.............I thought my father and I were the only guys who used hands as an aging guide on women. Honestly I wanna say she is about 30. I say this beacuse it looks like she may of had some work done or a nice bit of makeup (but not caked on). Btw on an off topic note, DUST STORMS FUCKING BLOW!!!! I serve as a desk jockey, aka paper pusher. But with the unit I am in and with some of the people with us..............I wont be surprised to see a bunch of shit outside my job scope. The plus side is the wife is out here with me as she is in the Army too. Makes life a little easier. J

It is that time of the century again, and I am overseas. Currently sitting in the hotter of 2 countries I will see (supposidly) with a sandier climate. Here its been about 130* daily and kinda windy. For those of you trying to fathom 130*, have the wife/gf/mom put the blow dryer on high and hold it about 3 feet away from your face then slam your face with baby powder. THIS is a normal day here. But anyways, I just wanted to say hello to all and to let you guys know that I am unsure how frequent my posting will be. It all depends on mission and availabilities. J

As for firearms............I have a Sig that I enjoy, but the wife hates. We are getting a few more pistols when we return. She seems to love the Glock 9mm. J

I know I almost never say this, but, thank you Congress Ok the thing here is this is not as much of an issue as people make it out to be. It IS NOT illegal to be gay or lesbian in the military. To flaunt it in someones face is. You cannot tell others of your personal choice in partners. Personally if you wanna be gay or lesbian, fine by me. But don't push your choice in my face. I don't really give a flying fuck, but some people do. And out of respect for the majority who is straight (or at least Bi) keep your homosexuality quiet. J

Happy birthday to the little man! Already a year deep. Exciting. Hope the little man enjoyed it. Next thing you know he will be 16 and mom and dad will be wondering where the time went. Agreed.
