I agree with Brian 100% the ONLY thing I want to add is the x/o's in componants is they are typically made better and provide a much cleaner sound. Plus it gives you the option as to where the tweeters sound best. J

Loud and cheap. If they look cool and not homemade that would help as well. Words outta my mouth. I know ur not far from Ft. Riley Military guys quite often are like that too. It helps if u make them so they will work on some of these chit low powered home systems too. Make sure the bass is STRONG most of them have no clue as to SQ (not that I have a huge one myself LOL) J

For JUST burping IMO you should be fine. For daily usage, personally I wouldn't recommend mounting ANY amp upside down uless it is EXTREMLY well cooled. Maybe add a fan or two. J
