Personally I'd scrap the tinfoil and use a skewer on the shrooms instead. Just beware of flare-ups if you coat them in olive oil. As for other grilling ideas, do you have a particular type of meat you want to do? Also, what style of grill will you be using? Gas is the primary, I can use the charcoal one if I want to knock down about 20 trees and its a PERFECTLY windless night.......... Also N.Y. Strip is choice.......I am also willing to go Chicken. NO FISH J

Strip steaks with nice marbling, and sauteeing some mushrooms in olive oil in tin foil on the grill. J
