As for the mid, im looking for something that will still produce some nice midbass and play high enough to mate with any of the tweeters listed above. Also looking for something that will do well off axis but you have already took care of that. Thanks ///M5, I was hoping you would drop by Thanks for all the recommendations, i always wanted to try the Peerless Exclusive because i have had nothing but great success w/ peerless. As for the SS65.2 i have to aggree, the mid is very lacking. Also im deffintly a soft dome fan, never realy cared for a metal tweeter. I might have a hard time finiding the XT19 so i might have to cross that off the list because there sold out every were. IIRC they also sold them under the alpine name w/ the same part number. Correct me if im wrong but its the one used in the x series set. Thanks Corey

Well i just sold off my XXX that i no longer need and after paying off some of the stuff for my bass race van i have about 300 dollars to put in a new front stage in silverado. Currently im running Kicker SS65.2's active off a 880PR and Sundown SAX-100.4. The kicker were just something temp i got from a buddy until i got time to glass my doors up. Well the time has come and im looking to get started right after christmas or new years. I have a 880PR for processing and a Sundown SAX-100.4 for power. So im looking for recommendations on a mid and tweeter for a 2-way. Im going to glass the doors so i dont realy have a restriction or set driver size. Amp power 100rms @ 4 x4 160rms @ 2 x4 320rms @ 4 x2 So if you have a tweeter and mid in mind that fits my budget and needs please post them up. Links are always a plus.... Thanks Corey

Well im tired of having no bass in about all of my rides. Know that its getting to were its snowing and blowing i would like to get something in the van to hold me over unit summer seeing my 5th and 6th DD 3518's are not in and im still getting around money to power them up. Seeing i got all this stuff laying around or can be used in the install come summer its not gonna cost me anything or take away from my budget (other then about 3 sheets of mdf). Wish i had some money for a pair of these to test against the v1's but im saving for a pair of the NS 12's. Bump so Jacob can get some more preorders. Would be an awsome sub for under the rear seats in a extended cab truck or behind the seat in a standard cab truck.

I cant wait for these to come out. The proto looks like it has came along pretty nice. Its gonna look alot better w/ a painted black basket and rubber gasket also. I got a box ready for 4 of these when they come out, im super intrested in seeing how these do. Keep up the good work jacob and i looking forward to getting my hands on some. Scott we talked about you reconing a DD 2500 motor which has a 2.5" coil. Well i was woundering if you have any coils that will fit an Atomic AP/SPL gap? If so im going to send you an email with some more info. Just wanted to check with you before i picked up these other two motors. Corey

Well sence its going in a reather small ported enclosure ill run it off one of my SAZ-1500D's @ .5. Ill post some picture up of the enclsure and install sometime next week when i get a chance. Corey

No its not scratched i think its some ca glue that the flash caught. Going to build a couple boxs next week so i can play with it. Cant wait Corey
