So I downloaded the program. Actually I downloaded workspace, uninstalled it and installed the older link posted. Now. How do I go about getting an operating system. They have so much different stuff on their site it's Greek to me. Preferably I'd like to run windows 98 but the programs will work on 7 32 bit. Also with windows 8 I can't even install the programs from disc. I assume this will be a non issue once VMware is up and running?

The programs I run are proprietary and aren't avaliable to the public. I have a desktop running windows 8 one running windows 7 64 bit and a Mac. None of them will work, even in capatibility mode.

Found a refurbished HP EliteBook 6930p for $265 shipped. Wondering if there are any better deals out there. If at all possible I'd try to get at least 50 inches of port. If his car is a 4 door he should have no problem fitting it. Although it will take up most of the trunk. I currently have a single 12 in a 1.5 cft box tuned to 32hz. Port is 14.5 tall and 1.75 wide. I would definitely do at the minimum of 50 inches and ideally 78 inches if he plans on upgrading power later on. Also he will need to invest in some deadener. The back deck rattles something awful.

Sounds like someone needs to use air foil technology into their chassis
