Which route should i go.
So are the dimensions LxWxH 23x41x23 or is that still pushing it. I'll go 23x41x25 which gives me 11.5cuft gross and if the height is 26 i get 12 gross

Which route should i go.
so i looked at the zcon's and they are 1044 shipped i may save that extra 100 to get them... with the max dimensions i have i would be able to get a good box for them? After looking again you don't have that much room. Two 15's is pushing it. Lets say go a little higher on the height. With the 24" high i am an inch over the the rear seat. My previous box is LxWxH 23x40x24.5

What is your goal with this setup? Two Zcon's are only about 100 over your budget, you could always get one now and get the second down the road. It all just depends on your goals, and whatever your actual budget is. I am trying to achieve a loud daily driver. Not going to be pushing this full tilt all the time just something that is a monster when i demo. I do have the 900 cash in paypal ready to go now and by next week i have an additional 200. Also i have a few car audio items to sell and once those are sold i could have another 200 or so

Which route should i go.
Well i cant get 4 xcon's now it will be another addition sometime next year around February. Right now i have 900 to spend on just the subs. Also i dont know by february if i would have the extra cash because it still a long ways away and anything could happen. But with my max dimensions i could do the 2 15's or 4 12's?

4 12" XCON's or 2 15" XCON's? Box is going to be LxWxH = 21x41x24 and shoot for a 32hz tuning. Curretly running an AQ2200d, if i run the 4 12's i will get another. Have yellow top up front xp3000 at rear 230a alt. and big3 done.

Can't decide what i should do about amps
So i currently have an aq2200 and i am wanting to get more power. So i was thinking about selling or trading my current amp for either a crescendo bc3500 or an aq3500. But i was thinking maybe i should just buy another aq2200 and strap them. Only thing is i have no clue on how to do this and would not want to mess things up. Is it hard to strap amps and would it be worth to strap them?

Which subs
just looking to see what people would do. As for me i am wanting loud and good sound quality. Power i have a 230a singer alt yellow top up front and xp3000 at rear big3 in 0ga. 4 AQ PA mids and a set of AQ super tweets. Silver flute 8 midbass. AQ 2200 for subs and 650.4 kicker for mids and highs and cadance 300.2 for midbass. Had AQ subs but looking for new ones. But i was just looking to see what other people would do with 750 to spend on subs

Which subs
If you have 750 to spend on subs what would you get?

Name some amp options
So i am not to familiar with many brands so i would like a few options out there on some amps. What i am looking for is something that is cea rated at 13.8v. I don't need that much power i need 500watts either at 1ohm or 4ohm rated. What i am powering is a single sundown 10" e-series. Reason i need a amp rated at 13.8 is because its going in a 2012 corolla and toyota seems to regulate at a lower voltage which is around 13.8.

12's over 15's
Alright changed it up a bit. Still with the same displacement for subs and bracing at .61cuft. Got my tuning at 32 with 4.94cuft net and port area at 70.13in^2 Length 20 Width 40 Height 18 Port Length 28 Width 4.25 Height 16.5

12's over 15's
Alright let me calculate this again. It will take me a little while. I will try a smaller box and figure new port.

12's over 15's
Box for 2 FI BL 12's. Looking for tune at 32hz. What i get is 5cuft and port area of 92.50in^2. Bracing and displacement is .61cuft Length 20 Width 40 Height 20 Port Length 38 Width 5 Height 18.5

12's over 15's
Alright so using this formula on the bottom given to me from someone here i need 67.35in^2 and if i build a box thats is 5cuft net i have a port area of 92.50in^2 and tuned to 32hz is this a good way to go? dv = 39.37 (fb x Vd)^1/2 dv= minimum port diameter of vent in inches fb= box tuninf frequency in hertz vd= cone displacement in cubic meters (one way xmax in meters times cone area in meters)

12's over 15's
Not wanting to build it to big just wondering. I am very new to car audio, only thing i been lookin at was smd forum but now looking around at others. So output you are referring to the different frequency levels? Like the music would sound better at certain frequencies and not get anything from others?

12's over 15's
what will be an outcome if the box is to large for the 12's? I drive a 2007 escape i have max dimensions of LxWxH 20x41x22

12's over 15's
Why have more or less cone area?

12's over 15's
So i was thinking of 2 15's fi bl but it seems i will not be able to build the proper box. Don't want to spend money on good subs just for the box to be crap. So i was thinking of 12's. What do i suffer from by getting 2 12's?
