Yes sir - the "monster" sub box was only about 2.5 cubes after port and sub too DAMNNN. I would rather have a sub designed for LESS space anyways because you can do more wit it opposed to a woofer that needs 6-8 cubes *Cough Fi* jk lol

I also thought that port closest to the hatch is the best? I am getting rid of my 18"s. IMO Explorers just dont have the space for 18"s unless its walled off. I had mine in 5.5per each and they wanted much more. 5.5... Jacob told me the nightshade 18"s like 4-5 cubes max. He says they like small boxes...

In this video you can see how close the ports are to the hatch. I think thats what might be giving me the low score. I never did take into consideration the space between the hatch and the box when i built it.
