  1. Paul lives a couple states away so we don't see each other often. Maybe he or someone will get some vids from the Meca event in TN this weekend.
  2. I would run a single amp @ 0.5ohm. You'll need a couple good group31 batts in the back and a decent batt & alternator under the hood.
  3. These are still in production and are in stock.
  4. These subs really do their job well. It hit a legal 149.9 at a comp yesterday. Box still isn't braced. There isn't much material left on the baffle so it flexes badly. Look for some better #s after I get bracing in this week. Thanks for the compliments guys.
  5. Four in my Explorer powered by a single saz-3500 @ 0.5ohm. They love it. These subs are truly little beasts. You need to hear them in person to understand just how good they sound and how loud they can get. And they're a good price too. Playing DJ Billy E Playing Gorilla Zoe - Juice Box screwed More vids coming later. Gotta get home to upload them off my actual video camera.
  6. 13 7/8"
  7. His setup is extremely efficient and gets silly loud off very little power. With all that extra room in the back it shouldn't be too hard to add a few more amps & batteries.
  8. Sounds good. I sent one to an old friend who'll be using it in a 1ft sealed down firing enclosure in his F-150. As soon as he gets his box built & everything playing I'll post up his review also.
  9. It's a BK clamp. Sorry but I don't know the actual part #. Our true rms Craftsman and Fluke clamps read the same as Fred's but only if I don't use peak hold.
  10. I thought I had a better pic with the score but couldn't find it on my camera later. The most impressive part was the small amount of power that was used. Only like 3500watts of actual clamped power for that 156.9. Wow!
  11. Gary's van brings the deebeez.
  12. A few pics from yesterday.
  13. Here are the links to the vids I took at the comps today. playing music outlaw score legal score
  14. Seriously impressive. 153s!
  15. Inside, on top of the motor.
  16. I use pos el cheapo rcas with no problems. My amps hated my super high quality RF rcas.
  17. Slacker!
  18. You'll need a Max-Link to strap them. That or you can just be really really careful & gain match them.
  19. Go with the most cone area you feel comfortable with.
  20. I was doing 149.5s with one NightShade 15" powered by the proto saz-2000d before I did any deadening. My truck is about 1db louder now.
  21. Look for it spring of next year.
  22. Are there some questions you need answered? What is it you need help with?
  23. Congrats on your dB Drag ssnw win today with a 154.1 from ONE SUB. One NightShade 15" powered by a pair of saz-3500s on 12volts. I can't wait to see what you do with more cone area.
  24. Just keep stringin' 'em along.
