refreching to see someone who has taken time and researched before throwing a system togather, .. sucks your having issues...... i just get so tired of seeing fucktards, crying and screaming because they bought a used sub and they were told it was a BTL and it was un blowable so they put there hommies planet audio 10jigga watt amp on it free air with max settings and it smoked and i want a new one now!

i did not real both pages,. but i did install a set of Clarion shallow mounts this week in a truck box on a alpine m500 sounded good

first step is to pull the sub and find out how it exactly it failed.... where is your bass boost set? where is your SSF set?

i like that head unit... i wanted that same one, looking good hugo. cant hold you down no sir!

a few problems come to my head off top. 1 abs pump/ system failure. pull the relay/ fuse, to diable and try again,. 2 if something is slightly depressing the break pedle after a while it will build up pressure and apply the breaks..... i have seen this before, quick story, a friends break light switch trigger rest point ( plastic disk) broke, so he placed a penny and taped it into place, made the tail lights work.. but the next day on the way to work (5 miles) his car started to lose power, then pretty much stopped in place, same deal, smoke from all wheels.. hope you get it fixed.

i know you knew where i was coming from lol..... i just could not belive it. ya know.. latly i have noticed how much a DB score can change some people... its wild..... never thought somthing so stupid could really change a person.. but it does... and i have seen it over and over latly ..... sad shit... i can honestly say i have always been the same person.
