  1. 300 amps of so... i dont fuse between cells... some people to.. i dont... more resistance.
  2. just do a fuse like so... front cell... fuse......... fuse.... rear cells.. fuse... amps i would also ground in the rear on the frame.
  3. that depends what ohm load your sub is... dual or single and what your goal is for ohm load at the amp.
  4. LOL those are my old 18"s. :bigclap: Out of those that you posted, I would go with the RL-p. You could also consider the Mach 5 18". were you gonna give him a series or just a brand

oh my, im so sorry to hear about this, when it rains it pours... lets just hope he has healthcare thru his work and can recover quickly! i cant even start to think how hard it must have been for you waiting for that EMS bus. prayin for your family here.
  6. SPL has MUCH MUCH MUCH more to do with then the amp.... thats the same as askin for SPL number from people who use a brand of WIRE.

  9. junk, the problem with breakers are, after use and, over time they get weaker, even during use when they heat up... they rarely are what there rated at as well... so I'm just gonna go back to fuse'n it, probably the Knucon on I linked above, start @ 300A, and go from there.... and the stinger volt meter I got keeps giving me problems to... working half the time... any good meters out there? on a side note... I can not really state how much I like this amp. So clean... tight, oh, and loud. more than enough for my two, 15 TC-3000's just played with the x-over's on it a bit... made a noticeable difference we have covered the CB and getting weaker... but i have CB's.. and i dont pop mine.

  14. what brand braker?
  15. 200 is fair.
  16. you can go from your loc to a electric cross over.. .or even just split the signal
  17. so your like a russian spy selling info to the highest biddeR?
  18. im pretty sure it has a remote gain.. it also have a "clipping" endacator.
  19. no the bass boost is the bad one buddy.... the remote gain allows you to go down from your set gain on the amp... so at the highest level on the remote is your is where your gain is set on your amp. it only alows you to turn the gain down... not up past your setting... a very useful tool.
  20. is this a joke.
  21. ^avatar reminds me of a highschool friend that used to act like CN in class... it was funny... this topic is weird.
