what amp?? some are "bass knobs" and some are remote gains...

i had a 69 camino.. i used two 10 inch hollywood excursions... on a old PG 1200... it was very loud.... i even had them in truck boxes... i would really love to see 4 sundown E8's on a sundown 1200.. or even a 1500 if your down.

that amp will be perfectly fine for a single BL

you have a single cab truck... not a prize buy for a "earth pounder" or what ever you said... but.. if your not a big guy... you can do 4 8's or so.. maybe 6 and that is alot of sub... sundown E8's is what i would tell you to look into... im near austin texas by the way... great to see more texas members... welcome:D

double baffels, on top.. or 2x4s under the feet.. not to at all... i used rubber mounts under my feet... it works ok i guess... but i still snap screws that hold my amp to my box.. its really only a matter or time..... i know this.. but i dont have much room.

if i were install a sub amp under my seats i would try to put 1x2's under the feet of the amp.. and run a cage fan if i lived in florida or texas ... and i have and i do.

or power master or deka... but 2000 watts can be carried by two yellow tops aswell it states a 140 amps@2000rpms of the alt not the motor... and all alts lose efficiency as they get warm so your really lookin at 100 amps or so hot...@2000rpm... and at 800 rpm is like 50... what kinda amp?

I'd be interested to see if you could get similar SQ to the BLs if you put the Niteshades in a different box. From my understanding Niteshades like smaller boxes. well im 6 foot or so after port and sub.... i donno how much smaller i can go. mine are 15's

i bought an h/o on ebay.. from a man in miami that makes them i have had it rebuilt localy many times. i refuse to spend 6 bills on an alt.

people say that iraggi lost there tocuh when they went main stream... customer service went down.. quality control down hill stuff like that// i donno if its true.. i dont use either company.

well you need to read about alts... even when doing the big three you dont replace all the wires... some alts area multi wire.. 1-3 wires PLUS the output...

the wiring.... if you can make a bracket you canrun a second alt.... but not all alts are the same... is it a 1 wire alt?

nah its true.. im not in agreement with EVERY year they make it louder.. but certinly it depends who maters the CD's..

no i moved years and years ago... the house was built in 1930, it had tons of history.... one time a friend and i were making some burgers, i threw mine togather and sat down to eat.. my friend was being a prick like he was iron cheif or someshit making his burger perfect ... he turned around to get some mustered from the fridge and i watched his burger go from resting in the middle of the counter flip on to the floor as if someone had just lifted it up and drop it ...... later that night we were going from the kicthen to the rest of the house.. it had a old swing door... he went to walk thru it and it was stiff as if it was boreded shut... he even leaned into it with his body weight... it went no where.... i reached over bearly even touched the door and it swung open all the way! another time in the middle of the night i woke up to take a piss... i was doin my thing and i looked over and seen the rest room door moving just a hair.. then WHAM it slamed shut! i pissed all over the place... another time i was layin in bed... i had an occolating fan... had been used in my room for a long time... anyway .. we had all wood floors and the house was a pairum beam... so you could hear people walking... and the wood would creak.. anyway... i hear someone walking in my room and slap the fan on the floor... my door was shut.. and no one else was in it! another time.. i was at work... and my mom called my cell phone and told me.. STOP RUNNING IN THE DAMN HOUSE! mom im at work..... oh shit... she went out and looked.. all doors locked all windown shut... she said she could hear someone just running back and forth in the house... a very loud act... but no one was there.. last story for now.. my mom was hanging Xmas lights.. somthing she did every year... my mom is a tough lady.. anyway.. she was on the ladder.. and she said somthing pushed her ladder back... not to the side not sliped the ladder went from \ with her on it to / with her on the ground.. broken back broken legs broken feet and toes, broken sholder and broken ribs.... took her a year to recover.
