  2. your gonna make me search for the amp hours arnt you... alright what is the model number on those cells. im shoppping too
  3. how many amp hours are each of those yellow guys. ur gonna run at .5 ohms daily?
  4. what size is the voice coil? you can prolly get a recone from the looks of it.
  5. just go sit some where like an empty parking lot... and play with your settings.. and find what you like.. the sub will talk to you in a way... you can read a sub to a point.. you shoulf be able to see or hear it stressing.. with that amp the only way you will blow that sub is clipping it to death.... so keep your bass controls down on your deck and your amp... and never use pre sets like " powerful" or SUPER BASS" or what ever IMO.
  6. i would turn the bass boost all the way down on the H/U too... then turn the bass on the h/u down to like -4 of 6 im not sure if thats a bass knob or a remote gain.. lemme seach it. kicker says it is indeed a 18 db octo bass remote.... so.. i donno.. maybe someone that owns a ZX amp will jump in.
  7. turn that bass boot down.... all the way down.
  8. PERFECT THANKS! tha VGA inpyer should be blue on the tv right.... the female in the pic.

  11. i donno.... i guess... so i could switch to dvd radio cd or what ever else i wanted to with a remote.... but hell man i know nothing outside of the box..... show me the ways.....
  12. Each vehicle will be different. The transfer function can have a negative effect on one firing direction and positive on another. General consensus is fire back. WHo's the girl in your avatar? oh ok well im talking about a 1989 caprice. idk who she is i found that pic on another site well im talking about a 2001 towncar.
  13. this was not on a TL but rather on the DMM mic correct?
  14. you wanna use a sealed cell if your gonna put it in a trunk.
  15. dude those must some gay 4 15s. if i had 4 15s id blow away 2 15 bls. ive heard bls, owned btls. or a gay installer. either way you wanna think about it. its true.
  16. Cone area always wins, granted the conditions are the same. You would be lucky to get a clean 2000 watts, or close to 2000 watts at that matter, out Hifoncs. Look around more *cough* Sundown *cough*! cone area does not allways win.
  17. well wire lower and hope ur impedeance rises above your smoke point.... a sub moves the ohms change. i have seen people that have a math to the madness.. but i think its only for burps... like @60 hrz the ohm rise is at 1 ohm..... so they wire the subs down to 1/3 of an ohm so that while thay are burping the amp sees a 1 ohm load. from what i understand... but i have been wrong before,.
  18. i have used it in cramped sealed boxes before... it seems to work well
  19. i have one pair of these... http://www.yamaha.com/yec/products/product...mp;CTID=5002900 i have one pair of these ...... http://www.yamaha.com/yec/products/product...mp;CTID=5002900 used currently in my home office media. and one pair of these.... http://www.yamaha.com/yec/products/product...mp;CTID=5002900 and then i have a some rca book shelfs aswell. http://support.radioshack.com/productinfo/...ems&Reuse=N
