Hey Jon. I want to order all my new equipment today or tomorrow but i wanted to make sure it will all fit and hookup properly i have a few questions if you knew just quick answers to any that would help alot. Setup: (2) 15" FI BL (2) Saz1500 (1) 1 trunk battery (suggestions would be great) Here's the questions... - I can only fit around 7.3 cubes before displacement so it'll come down to just under 7cubes.. This should be enough airspace since its within the recommendations of FI 3-4cubes each. (2) 6" aeroports is what i'm aiming for In order to prevent further displacement I'm considering adding a baffle to the outside of the enclosure. - Will this be a sufficient amount of support for the sub vs a baffle on the interior? - When using Psp.com's calculator for aeroports it asks to input "Volume of Box in Cubic Feet" is this before or after all displacements? - do you know any links to a diagram on how i am supposed to wire under hood batter>trunk battery>amps - How should i wire the (2)saz1500's to (2)FI BL Dual 1 looking to get the whole 1500w to each sub individually? - I need a cutsheet or sketch up for a box with Flared Aeroports if you could suggest someone that wouldnt mind doing that for me - any suggestions for a budget trunk battery under $200 that'll be good for this particular setup. Not looking to buy multiple batteries just have space and funds for ONE. you installed a second cell in the rear? is that what your saying???? if so check your fuses from front to back.. it sounds like it could be low voltage to your amp. IF your speakers are amped

thank you sir I have had issues with my TC sounds OEMs pulling out too, they are 48lb subs or something like that. I tend to always do a double baffle on subs for the structural integrity. yeah, i needed a box right away.. and i didnt know anyone that could build a double baffle but im on the hunt now!... has anyone here ever had hellboy blue prints? i see some of the boxs he build and that seem to sound great on youtube haha

thats the sub that the local audio house used when thay built my box, i left a sub with them so thay could cut the hole PERFECT and i told them that... anyhow it was not perfect on that side and those are the screws thay used, when i picked the box up i went home threw the last sub in and droped it in the box, i used wood screws the subs face back, and the bottom screws broke, i have never heard anyone enjoy there box faced up close to the deck.. but i did wanna try it one day. i wanna build another.. this one is so thin.. 3/4 mdf single a crazy brace i was embarrased to take a pic of the inside of the box.. so i didnt.. i want a nice one.. i nice blue printed super box

yeah i was pissed off! that box is heavy and A TIGHT FIT! i had to mad handle that box as high as you see in that pic, take out aqll the screws and try to run stronger ones at an angle to catch new wood....... im scared i might have got a touch to sideways on one of the screws at the base of the gasket basket point. ill have to watch it i maybe looking at a recone if it reacts the way i think it will NICK, how much a a recone for 15 bl d1 shipped to 78666. thanks

you can get a topper... and just remove the back glass and get the rubber kit.. then you can do what ever you want to and you can do what ever you want! and then if you still wanna have a truck bed for tools or what ever you can false wall it i hope this covays conveys?

bad ass looking sub.. one side of the tensil looks like its long! and glued down in spots on the spider, while the otherside looks much shorter and suspended in the air like its too short! OR is that some kinda trick photo you have sir!

BTL should perform the best from what im told. the bl is a beast and i think that the bl and the saz 1500d is a perfect match

so i noticed last week that my lows were not making my heart beat off tune... i thought perhaps i am just getting used to my subs and it was time to upgread today me and my sister went to the store, i was on the way back and i turned it up.. and the low end was there.. but not like it used to be.. to i whipped in behind a big box store and poped my trunk.. and what did i see my subs jumping out of the box at me! i broke, a buncha screws... and there were a buncha screws that pulled out of the wood. its maybe time to build a new box. im very glad that the cone had the tensil pad otherwise im sure it would have rubbed thru no sprider crackage no other sign of wear! thanks fi
