why a btl??? if your not gonna be going for Spl. you should really save your money and go with the BL. its a bad ass sub, you will have every bit of low end that you are looking for.. you can run1000-1500 watts daily to it. and you WILL NOT be sorry. the BTl is a killer sub,

lol.... ok yes HID's the headrest do match to the eye.. but for some reason when pics are taken with a flash thay looks lighter.... i donno why. even so,... my grey interior is a two tone.. my seats are the darkest.. the dash inlay and the door pannels have lighter inlay aswell this car is not all that fixed up.. thats why i dont understand why i get harrased... but i do live in a college town. and i know my car is tame. i dont like it all crazy flashy... what i have is what I like.... i could careless if other people dont like it... its all for me... i like it.. the onlythings i wanna change from here are some better inside speakers.... some new black paint.. and some bigger spoke wheels... and thats that... i hate spinners.. allways have... but i like muh spokes:P

you know what i just thought about it i did have that exact problem your talking about... check it out... i have 2 cells in the back one in the front.. i have a dual battery isolator. the output from the isolator to the rear cells was fryed... to after my amp played most the power from the rear cells.. the amp still played but it had a muffled sound and it allso sounded kinda scratchie.... check your power

the Jl amp has a feture that shuts the amp down when your RCA input is low... check your settings... also. i have a jl 1000/1 that i bought from this guy he said he wont work!..... i took it home tryed it for my self.. then i took it apart... un plugged all the boards.. and plugged them back in.. hook it up never had another problem again.... also.. the jl amps will not work if you just have a wire jumped from the + input over to the remote.... so check your remote power and see how many volts it is.. perhaps try another remote source. i use a 300/4 currenty.. the only jl i kept. it works great. i have never had a problem with it... but dont give up on it. it most likly a simple problem. i use sundown audio aswell... great great amps.

i agree with all of the people above.. i bought a saz 3000d from jacob. that man will take time from his day to tell you anything you wanna know about his product... and i dont think there is a better amp.... but if there was... and it would better suit your needs.. im MORE THEN sure he would tell you. hes not a man that is after every penny in the audio market.. hes a man that stands behind his product and is more then willing to go above and beond for his customers... i love sundown... i have tryed many amps in my day and none of them compare to sundown MTX jl hifonics autotek cadance RF mmats ................... on and on and on... as long as jacob is makin amps ill be buying sundown.

i currenty have a jl 300/4... soon i plan to get a 400/4 sundown. umm i donno ill spend say..... 500 for inside speakers.

if you in park with the motor running that seems like it wil lbe fine... but if your in drive with your foot on the break you will indeed drop........ sound likes it gonna be a good build what kinda suv?

alright calm down.. i know the SQ guys are all worked up with sand in thair clams right about now.... i want better sound in my car.. i have some highs and mids but not enough.. i wanna get a cleaner sound. i have 2 bl 15's on a saz 3000d. and then i have 2 sets of 5x7 alpine typr R comps in the doors and in the rear deck. it sounds good at mid to low volume, but when i turn it up to higher volumes the tweeters are steal sounding and the word are ran over a bit by the subs.. its not THAT bad.. if you watch some of my vids you can see that some songs are better then others ...... some sound good.. and then other songs are just blah... i know 5x7s are junk.. and i know that alpine type R comps are not the best.... tell me what ya think i should run.... im not sure on depth in the front. and i listen to rap...... but i want to be able to throw in what ever i want and have it sound decent.
