say man there is a guy on here that has a eclipse with 2 lm 18's with like 9k going to them.. well wait maybe it 3k for now and hes adding one more... i think.. i know he blows winshilds but im not sure about the back... but i would only imagen that you will have problems one day.

sundown saz 3000d will surly show you the road to bass. why tha BTLs? mono block is a one output made for subs. 2 channel is for powering left and right. say if you wanted a stereo sub system. or you can bridge a 2 channel for a mono output if the amp is able to. 4 channel is more for your inside speakers, you can set it up many ways, left right and front and rear....... or a active system, witch is all front, 2 channels for say mids, and 2 channels for highs, i donno if i relayed it right. but thats the way i have allways understood it but i dont know much.

ok so i woke up today with spl on the mind, i called my local stereo shop that i once worked at, i requested a termlab run, the man told me it had not been used in 4 years, and didnt know how to use it even if it worked, he was worried about the mic, he said that maybe it had to be adjusted, or tuned, i dont know anything about that, but it said it could take weeks, i wanna see where im at on the scale, im also intrested to know where i would be at in SPL class, i have a car with a trunk and thats where the subs are at!.. no none walled, saz 3000d 3 yellow tops and 2 15's and my system sounds better with the windows down... is that outlaw? i dont know much about spl. thanks for any time that maybe spent schooling this SPL newbie

i have a saz 3000d on 2 15 bl's in a trunk and im knockin doors down. i personaly feel that depending on the amp, 2500 watts may not be enough power to FULLY run those subs, i know it will make them sound good, but to push them to the limit. on the other hand, those Q's on 2500 watts will be matched better in my opion, but im nobody. also, with that much current you know that you must do some upgreads on your SUV right? what kinda amp are you gonna run?

me too im used to the 500 amp draw of a goliath, but with tha saz 3000 it has so much power and so little draw, and cool as a [email protected]

keeping in mind I don't want my car to rattle, I don't want to feel like someone is punching me in the back, I don't want my component speakers overpowered, and I don't want to 'thump and boom

How did you figure this? To the Topic starter: 1 run of 1/0 connecting front batteries to back will be fine. 1 run meaning, 1 positive and 1 negative. VS money you'll spend on the extra, wont really help you, in your situation. well i may have to think about that, currently i have the one run of 0 gauge for the + and i have 2 runns of 2/0 gauge ground in the rear on the frame. and the big three , and im running hard, and its giveing me nothing but power mad mad power to my subs, i guess i should do a run of - to the front. i guess it wont hurt

i sure do friend. im gonna look into the nightshadeshere soon. so i got my me saz 3000 d today, while tuning i tripped my circut breaker, so im glad i had one between the amp and the cells, i got it tuned by ear best as i will today, i was worried about not having enough power with the three yellow tops and only 1 run of 0 gauge, but with the nastiest bass song i could find i was only dropping from 14.3 to 13.9 so i guess i have plenty of power! jacob again your a mad man! i love your mind and its crations. gain half way, remote at half, lowest sub sonic setting, no bass control, @1ohm. ran hard for 20 mins it was as warm as my jl 300/4 and its just pushing 2 sets of passive type r comps! i know ewwww type r

the first ran i made i ordered 30 foot 0 gauge red and 15 foot 0 gauge of blue.. from two diffrent places. i got the red it was a 0 gauge,, but when i got the blue, it was thicker... the inside wire was much bigger.. but the over all size of the insulation was thiner.... either way oi had to buy 2/0 ends for the blue, and 1/0 ends for the red....... messed with my head... im gonna make another run of the red, and see what it do!

that is correct sir. and i play a little here and there.. but i ordered alot of stuff so that i can play hard... this car is not my daily driver i have a company truck. so thats why progress is so slow. now the summer is comming and i gotta be ready! i was thinking if i make a few more runs and a few more yellow tops or even some powermasters. that i could bring my numbers up. i am gonna make a few more runs of 0 gauge, and see if that helps me. i had also thought about gettingf a dual alt set up. with one of the alts being 16 volts. and make a 16 volt system for my amps.. also getting another saz 3000d and getting some 15 btls, or nightshades, but thats all just thought for now...... im never happy with bass... im somthing like tha tool man taylor.... ok 2 things run in my head........ no audiobuhn secondly.... i dont think you have airspace in that trunk for 2 btl... or 2 bls. o yeah... and hifonics has done be dirty many times. your gonna need more yellow tops for a sundown 3000 or a hifonics

ok im a little said im some where in the range of 13.9 14.2while my car is running. and im 12.3 with the car off. i wanna be higher.. what must i do. 200 amp h/o alt 3 yellow tops. big 3 1 run of 0 gauge 3x300 amp circut breaker

That's what I have ... Picked it up from Costco for cheap ...Just make sure you also back your important data up to a second source (i.e. DVDs) because, like any other hard drive, it can fail. i use flash drives myself. what is the biggest flash you use?

i think it sounds like crap cause your small amp. you said you have a 1000 watts on two of them? what kinda amp is it... is it even a true 1000 watts?
