ok a 93, i had a 95 that i sold last year, i have 2 15's and 4 12's all jl, i now have a 20001 with 2 fi bl 15's your trunk is a little bit bigger you can fi 2 15 bls, for sure and that will sound alot better in a good box, but you will not be able to use the same amps, you must upgread your electrical system.... do teh big 3 and choose some subs. and then an amp

yeah the sundown would be a much much much much better amp! the biggest things i looked for when i chose my BLs was that, the Q's are great subs, but thay also are able to be sealed,.. and when i stepped up to FI AUDIO, i wanted to run vented and tuned, and MORE POWER, the bls are a great sub and the Q's are good, i think 1 bl 12' vented would be great,.,... but do this go to you tube,,, type in FI CAR AUDIO and check out some vids,

fi Q's are nice, but if you want plent of low end, i would say run one bl 12 or one bl 15 if ur up to it!....... as far as the amp ....Crunch.... stear clear of that mess... whats your price range for amps..... and then your price range for subs. well get back to the sonys later

He didn't ask about the SD-1v2 though.. He asked about the ICON vs the lvl4 DC audio sub. back to the OP: You're really trying to compare apple's to oranges. The ICON is an SQ based driver that happens to get loud in ported boxes. The Level4 Driver is a SPL driver. o my bad

sundown has a 10 inch sub that takes less then a foot of air space, and tons of people on here make boxes, but its usaly cost effective to find someone local to build ur enclosers, what i would do is check out that sundown 10, and then check out sundowns dealers, that have one in just about every state, im sure thay can make a great box for you, jacob im sure is on a first name bassis with his dealers, and thay can get the specs, and get you rollin
