i was not intending to rub anyone the wrong way. i was not telling anybody to get the new Zed over the PDX either. for me personally i like the idea of a 6 channel over the PDX 4 channel. to have that kind of flexibility would be HUGE. to each his own..... it certainly was not my intention to pi$$ anyone off.

LoL Good. More for me. Patience is a virtue my friend. His line of work is for the true perfectionist and I'm not settling for anything less. Anything else on the market right now is inferior to these upcoming amplifiers. I've been waiting for these puppies for quite some time now. A couple of more weeks won't hurt me one bit. i am of the same opinion. weird how some of the guys over at DIYMA are thumbing their noses at the new Zed release because, of the class D variation/based design.

has anyone seen the heatsink? performance trumps looks, but it's always nice to have a sweet looking heatsink.

any update on this? i put some Space 6l drivers in the doors of my subie and they are awesome. they pound out the midbass, but at higher volumes they struggle a little bit, but all in all for everyday listening they are awesome. i just bought a set of Space 8l comps. not sure what i will do with them since i will probably be buying a new vehicle this year.

Just hangin' out in "wait and see" mode right now. Deposits have been made, TC Sounds has repurchased a good lot of their inventory, which exhibits their commitment to continue operating... but there are significant changes being implemented to their business model, which has set back production severely. RL-i8's and RL-p18's are currently on order, however I estimate leadtime at anywhere from 2 - 6 months. I've a lot of things on my plate at the moment outside of the speaker business, but I'm of course still servicing existing and new customers. I do have inventory of the following products available for immediate shipment: 8's (not the RL-i, but similar... see the sticky thread in this forum) RL-i10 S4 & D4 RL-p12 D2 RL-p15 D2 & D4 RL-p18 D2 RL-s12 S3 Hope you're all feelin' fine! thanx for the update Mike!

boo hoo $4 a gallon.... time to park the guzzlers.... driving a car is not a god given right-- yet here in the states you would think it was. i watch people in traffic all the time.... funny how at $4 a gallon the majority still mash the gas pedal as soon as the light goes green only to slam on the brakes in a 100 yds or less. we deserve to pay more as in general we all drive like idiots. gas will hit $5 by the end of summer and eventually $8 a gallon. before we see better technologies i would hope that we learn some lessons first.

No, but we can't forget it either, because there are a lot of people out there that haven't. Someone should have told Bush that before using words like "crusade" as a casual remark in speeches...that's getting into other issues, though As long as we have a don't-ask-don't-tell policy when it comes to below-minimum wage jobs in this country, we won't have a moral leg to stand on in this debate. We can pine about how we'd all like to make a language requirement a reality, but as long as employers are hiring people for illegal wages this will continue. And no wall or over-the-top rhetoric is going to stop it. you'll get no argument from me. but one can still hope that someone will see the light and follow through. Fries with Gravy is a right ... yet when i went home last week for Victoria Day .... most places now only offer Curry with Fries... WTF??? why do we bend over backwards to make Foreigners feel at home??? its all Bull$hit..... and it bad for you!

while i am not a fan of the x-overs on the amp it does give you some flexibility if you have some type of processing on your HU. i have the AXTU4360 and i use an RF 360.2 for all my processing. i am not familiar with your HU, but if you have processing on board then you are in business. you can use the amps x-over for bandpass on the mids.
