I sold my T10001bds and got these!! T1500-1bds!!! Glad I switched! My solution to the 2 bass knob issue with these amps! LOL!!! Yeap it's a zip tie around both knobs, both turn at the same time! Here's a vid of it Don't bash me to bad guys!! But it works though!

As you know, I had Q18s before I got those bl 15s. The only reason I switched was I thought I wanted more room in my truck! The 18s hits deeper than the 15s, that's what I like the most, so I switched back. Those BLs got loud, as you know, but the 18s get louder and deeper. These havocs are awesome!!! Ya! LOL I am actually the one that bought the BL's from you. Just sold the 15" BL's and now I am going with 18" BL's. Just wanted to get an opinion! Yeah, I knew who you were! I started to get the 18" bls but went with the havocs! Those BLs should slam!!!!!

The Finished product! I like it!! Sounds GREAT!! I'm done with this setup!!

I've done a couple of things to the truck! Changed batteries, from 2 kinetik HC600 to 1 Power Master D1200 Changed all my RCAs to Stinger RCAs Also kinda sealed off the rear off my truck! Closed the gaps between the box and windows. Before paint

Next is to change out the kinetiks with a Powermaster D1200 that I just ordered from Mechman.com!!! Called them up and got a nice discount by mentioning SMD!!!! Also clean up the wiring! Also going to replace all the output RCAs out of the 6XS with some nice stingers just like I did the inputs! Time to hit up Darvex.com!!

Just saw this review and had to chim in! I have had 2 Q18s and now have 2 Havoc 18s. I had the Qs for over a year and man I loved them. They hit the lows like no other! Were the best subs I ever owned!!I sold them due to space in my trunk, but ended up getting some more 18s anyway. I was going to get some more Qs but after reading on the Havocs I chose them, and I think I made the right decision!!! I agree with Bigjae's review!! Off top I noticed that these things are LOUDER!!!! They are in the same type box that the Qs were in off the same amps, although they are getting more power, 1400+rms compared to the Qs that were getting 1000+rms. I've only been playing these Havocs for two days and they sound just as good as the Qs, just louder!!! The sq is great, and that's what I look for in a sub!! Plus the look of the havocs is awesome!! You can't go wrong with either sub!! Once these Havocs break in I'll give some more info!!!

That looks like standard Birch Plywood. Works great (I have used it on multiple boxes), but to really be as good as MDF, I think you need the 11 or 13 layer void free Birch plywood. Yeap, I agree!! Most of the box is 7 layer birch except the back piece which is 13 layer. The 7 layer was free to me, that's why I used it!! If I had bought it I would have got the 13 layer.

Put everything in, now I'm tired!! Haven't played it yet. Gotta do some system tuning also. Box turned out a little lighter than I wanted, so I'm going to darken the paint and repaint it. Not Today though!!!

Birch is just as good as MDF, maybe better imo! It's lighter and doesn't create all that dust when you cut it. Does splinter though, but nothing some sanding can't take care of!!

Finished my box this weekend All that is left is to paint it, and put it and the subs in!! Oh yeah, its 13.008 cu/ft tuned to 30hz!!!!
