Yes just about all of the way up.

Just so you know you can recone it for about $60. There are plenty of other subs that will work well with that amp if that's what you want to do. Even the sa will work if you set the gain properly.

You had it on nearly twice it's rated power, mix that in with some clipping, and other improper settings and it's clear as to why it didn't last. You should probably choose a different forum (like this one) to get your facts from. I know it sounds like I'm being a dick, but I'm just being honest with you.

And your logic on gain setting is wrong as well.

Check the dust cap. See if you can tape around it then play it to see if the noise stops.

The head unit should be just fine.

I would focus on the front doors, and interior first. Even after you seal the trunk it will probably still rattle a bit, so I would save some for the trunk.

Yeah what do those wires go directly to? Where are your speakers wired together? I'm referring to ch 1 & 2.

My bad I meant the amp is stable at 2 per channel.

2 ohm per channel and I would say that is the issue too.

So you have two component sets hooked up to two channels bridged <<<(probably the issue)? Then one sub hooked up to two channels bridged? What subwoofer?
