ill have to get some tones to do that, this is all on music at the moment because i cant seem to locate any good test tones.

did some work today . then tore it apart. then did this!!! sealed on the dash then doors open then turned the gain up a little.

yeah i figured id have some port noise at most but im really just testing to find the sweet spot. and alright man thanks.

alright swweet. shoot me a pm with the price youd like for it, and i just got done taking the box out and i did some calculating and i figured out i did something wrong as the box was tuned to 42 hz not 30hz . but now im going to do 4" pvc ports 2 for each side at 33hz . should get louder .

yeah im going to try and pull it out today and seal up the ports and throw a 6" port for each side in and see if that helps any. and i know i was doing these kinds of numebrs with my single 12 with the trunk unsealed. and also you would want to sell that HO alt would you if you could find it would you?? im no wheres near my goal yet so im still going to keep trying.

yeah look into audiopipe, im running one of there amps and it does great and there pretty cheap.

did some testing today and it seems i lost over 1db with the bracing i added. ehre are some pics the 137 is doors open the 136 is doors closed and the 150 is in the port. i think i need to rebuild already

might pull the box out and switch over to aero ports instead of the slot, cause it just seems no to move any air right now.

more progress today. wiring them up and there big brother stopped by mounting the amp wiring the sub up subs in . sealed on the dash at 40hz!!! amp gain at zero subs back out to add a little bracing. i feel i still have 1db or more to gain with sealing off the trunk and adding bracing and adjusting the amp.

i have read that they do rated. i am running a 1501d and i would that it does rated power. and it has held up to my abuse of running it at .5 ohm for a while now.

alright this car has seen quite a few different systems in its life and im gettin tired of changing so i figured do one big one to get it done. here are the specs of the build. car-1998 dodge neon HU-Alpine IVA-D900 Mids- 2 Mach 5 audio mli's tweets- have them dotn know name. mid amp- proto type i bought of ca.com(not hooked up yet.) Subs- 4 10" SSA Dcons!!!! Sub amp- 1 Audiopipe 1501d at 1ohm box- custom 2.9 per side clamshell tuned to 30hz also- custom headliner and seats and doors wrapped to match. enjoy! on to the pics in no order cause my camera is stupid.

heres a pic of the box design i have came up with. the one on the left is for 4 ported which would be 3 cubes each side tuned to 30hz before the opening. the one on the right is for 8 sealed which will be right around 6 cubes with subs in. which one would you guys choose?
