IMO a lot more cone to move which would lower response

If you need louder get a biger amp or a better box,without a proper box the subs will not perform to their fullest

The gain is not a volume nob its there to match preamp voltage from the HU.imo 80-100hz is good on low pass

It powers down slowly after it powers on also to fuse has went to ground according to my meter.Thought about trying to fix it but that's out of my league

Oil company's stop putting zddp in oils since cars are roller lifters these days,zddp was important for old engines with flat tappet camshafts
I shot JC Audio out of Jackson,TN an email about hosting a MECA event.They said they were interested but needed more details so I got him hooked up with Steve.Still waiting on an update and hope it doesn't fall thru lol
No seafoam that's crazy You could try the deisel fuel as for the ATF I've seen people poor it in the intake on old carb engines to loosen sticking valves.
