Beast mode in the gym! I have a week off of the gym while I have Arthur all week. -
Get a heavy bag and beat the shit out of it. Go all out. Not just punch. Kick knee headbutt elbows. Scream yell and try to kill it. Works for me. I have the gym. #brolytime and soccer. I know how you feel brother I have to deal with that time to time myself..very frustrating. :-/ I take it this is at work? If not, it's not worth having them in your life. Multiple places.

I am finding my tolerance for others who use me as a target to take their outside frustrations out on because I am near and nice to them, is growing extremely low.
