It's time for me to switch up routines. I'll do another 16 week session (Sept-Dec), take my week off during the holidays, and get back into another 16 week program from Jan-Apr. Should be good. Debating doing a six day split with one muscle group per day, similar to what I'm doing now. We'll see, have a few weeks to figure it out and fine tune it. Pretty big deal, because I don't want it turning into a major screw up and throw 16 week periods down the drain. I just flipped to cardio first, then same excerises but 15% less weight and minimum 12 rep and still do 4 - 5 sets. See what happens.
