having a very good workout week, - shoulder shrug working set of 335lbs on thursday - best chest burn out on monday that I have had in weeks - tuesday, seated row working set of 245lbs - averaged 7.1 minute mile for 3 miles today - wednesday dead lift without pain at 225lbs scoot
