With such a tall surround, it is QUITE easy for the coil to rock bck and forth in the gap... especially under high excursion. nG yea Aaron you didnt know that duh I was asking beause I don't know much at all about T3 and was curious if they have this problem
  2. personally I have always loved the sound of a TC sub sealed, I would just prefer the sound from more drivers sealed than less drivers ported.
  3. start investing in batteries and windsheilds

  5. There is 10" claw mag baskets at TC Whole box of em what be the future of them??
  6. but 4 sealed would be sweet to my ears
  7. be careful, PB does not allow any authorized online sales
  8. If it were me I would not even put the components back there, I would just run the 2 MTs you have in the best box you build. Nick NDStang45 might have a good idea as to how to build for the MTs. Are you going to compete on a regular basis? if not I not recomend a wall for daily driving.
  9. not that I remember but I will look for them
  10. Doesn't that rattle? Even with the setup I had in the pics above, that thing rattled to the point where it annoyed me... That's why I rebuilt it out of MDF. yeah it tends to bounce up
  11. I would rather have the subs firing up but, My pit likes to ride with me and lays on top of the box sometimes. Not good on subs. Pointing them up would lessen the rattles in the hatch area. I had a hard time dampening the hatch. Almost impossible to tame rattles from auto hatch release mech. I just mention it because Explorers tend to gain in SPL with upward fired subs, but seem to have better lower end extention with rear fired.
  12. that stinks, I hope someone can find something
  13. holy crap, very nice, I should do that with mine, I just have it ported under the first aid kit cover, but nothing through the cover
  14. Where would you like TC to be in 5 years? Which motor to your ears is your favorite?
  15. It seems the Mercedes CLS can be either a coupe or sedan, depending on what seems most appropriate at any given moment. To Mercedes, it's a cool coupe. To German's Brabus, it's a sedan. Why? Because the tuner's CLS-based Brabus Rocket hit a speed of 227 mph (362.4 km/h) this week, making it the fastest "sedan" in the world. The car has a twin-turbo V12 engine from the latest Mercedes 600 models, pushed to an incredible 730 horsepower. The car also offers the fastest acceleration for any "sedan"
  16. that is an awesome amplifer, many have run it at .5 daily that I have read.... with that said, the 4 12's if you have the space, would be sick!! you are going to want to be in the range of 2.0 - 2.5 cubes for the 12's and 2.5 - 3.5 cubes for the 15's, there is another member on here with a wall of 4 15" RL-ps he might be able to help.
  17. I like the new box, have you tried firing the subs up? Just asking as a fellow explorer owner.
  18. I support TC built products, ie Eclipse and SoundSplinter.
