that is nuts, I have not heard anything about the T3's until this year
  4. thought you were going with two Brahmas?
  5. The price of metal increase will not increase the price of a driver that much, and if the focus is on the new MX and the XXX models. Why are the SE, SX and RE, which are unchanged going up in price also? This was gone about all wrong, it alienated the customer base that put them where they are, even with a new dealer network, the only people who are going to know what RE products are the above mentioned customers, people who are going to walk into a dealer and see a company that they have never heard of with very high prices are not going to buy them. They way to over come that hurdle is heavy promotion and hype. The loyal customer base should have been told ahead of time that the prices were going to jump. Yes I know Daivd said a while ago about changes coming to RE, but noting about a drastic price increase.
  6. they said that about the older alumns, but those specs are not bad I was expecting closer to 3 for the 12
  7. update?
  8. what size box does the Eclipse 8200 12 need?
  9. Aaron Clinton replied to MikeJ's topic in SoundSplinter
there will not be too much of a difference if you stay the same size, the RL-p can take a little more power and I believe it has potential to be a hair louder, but that is all in the install, so to make the most of a switch spend just a few more dollars and go for the 15

Mike J, if your going to swap out, I would consider the RL-p 15 instead, would be louder and have more bottom end presence than an SE. SE's are great subs, one of the best daily subs out for the money. If you could do something in the range of 2.5 - 3 cubes, tuned to 27 - 34 hz that 15 will make you very happy, I have a double layer 3.0 33hz box that is home to my H2 now, but I want to put it in a different box so I might need to sell this one
  11. Mr snippy poo, all I was saying that more people have been very happy with the ported RL-p's GOSH, haha
  12. the BM is more of a mid level sub, well by looking at the specs and posts about them
  13. TeamSSAudio needs someone over 160 hehe, would be interesting to see how they will do in a wall, but not sure
  14. wow very nice install, I would love to hear that, and great choice on subs
  15. slot port looks good, I have not tried the RL-p in an aeroport
  16. Aaron Clinton replied to RPM's topic in US AMPS
  17. Joe can you go with a single LMT 10?
  18. the output of the MAG is clear and strong in both sealed and ported, the RL-p spec wise leans more towards ported, honestly it is a win win situation, if you have the money for the MAG go for it, if not the RL-p is an excellent sub and I have test both subs.
