-lay on the ground, support your head and pedal in the air, no pressure on your ankle -if you can grab a partner and a medicine ball at the gym, get your butt on the decline bench and do hi impact crunches, every other one with the ball and as you are holding the ball on the upward crunching movment toss it to a friend and then crunch back then have them toss it back to you as you crunch back up again -also weighted back extentions, if there is the piece of equipment where you can do it, lay on it face down with your torso hanging over the edge and pull yourself up with your lower back and if you want to rise the difficulty, add some small weights, hope that can get you some help

in a way I agree with ryan, if your not going to compete, do you really need the extra output from ported? if not I say sealed to Polecat's reccomendations, and that amp will do well into the 1400 watt range, maybe more

I just went back to CA.com for the first time in 2 months, oh and I locked that RL-pXXX thread, it was way past its life span

where was that thread posted? and oh yeah I dont ever remember Mike saying the RL-p was designed to make serious SPL, its an SQ driver that has good output
