you can find PG Xenon 12" D2 subs for cheap PG SUB and a Kicker KX 200.2 the two combined would be a sweet combo also, cheaper than the above listed giving you more room to work with in the money department for MDF

you could direct him towards an IDQ 10v2 D4 plus RF 250M amp, at SoundDomain both renewed, that would put you right at the $200 mark, it would be a great combo IMO for the money, you would be giving the sub RMS, if not a hair more,

those are not the models I was reffering to PBX ES subs oooo i dint see those. we get discounts rite? cuz im on a 200 dolla budget for bass and amp. and wire and mdf. that I don't know of yet, but i will look for deals

I have not heard that model, but they were at once point (the 8 ohm version atleast) for sale on SD super cheap, but did you look at the powerbass ES subs? deent price from what I have seen and a solid product

supa is right, you can just add a new wire, that is what I did with my motor, but my straight 6 is different for your motor, so placement is different, but with the torque of your motor, it should spin a pretty large alt no sweat

honestly, with the track record of both amps, its a toss up to me
