I need to upgrade the alarm on my sled, I just need a basic alarm, but I would like to be able to have remote start, and be able to turn the system on via remote, it would be cool to have door actuators installed and activeate them with the remote, so as you walking to the car, it fires, systems starts, and door opens for you for the uber smooth I need to be able to do this for a good price though

most companies will post or list the reccomended sealed enclsoure size, in some cases like Power Bass, they list extensive different enclosure designs for different sound goals

Kent is right, look at the efficent new RF and MBQuart amps, someone posted up a birth for an RF T1001 that was doing 1409ish @1ohm mono, and at 83% efficency, craziness, but still there is a point when say I do 4 runs of 1/0 and have two massive amplifers off only one battery, meaning figuring out at what point to not keep spending money on a larger amplifer, for example: run an RF T1001 or 1501bd @1 and get in the range of 1500 watts all things considered, or an Orion 2500D @1 and get somewhere around the same power due to lack of available current, this is just a hypothetical example, I am sure the Orion can get more power, but just making an example

RYan, put it this way, if I had the choice to buy from a larger company or from a friend that I trust for a few more dollars, who do you think I am going to buy through? its the same thing that got me to buy from Mike, RL-p en route
