What would be an alternative product ? Son of a Gun ? Black Magic from what I remember is a good option, also there is another product, I actually reviewed it in an article last year, but I forget what month, it does an excellent job, since I am at work I can not pull it up right now

one thing that I always do, before I wash the car is a serious pre-rinse this consists of me using my barehand and the hosewater, to wipe off any heavy surface dirt and stuff you cannot see but can feel, to be honest I never use dish soap, I feel it is too coarse, I have seen a few people that have used it and there are endless swirl marks in the paint from it, there is a new soap out by Greased Lightning, it has UV-protection in it to protect the paint better, and it has a nice scent to it, not to mention it is fairly thick so it does not sud out after a few sponge sloshes onto the vehicle

steve, I reccomend not using armor all on your vynl that is exposed to the sun, it contains sodium distilates (IIRC), and basicly what happens is that it can fade the material

I liek my MB Quarts, but some people don't like the price or the high highs they produce, but the few Bostons I have heard in the last couple of years have all had a sound I enjoyed, but since your in a different situation you do not have the luxury to check out multiple products at once
